   I purchased this set in the spring for my terrace in Brooklyn and was initially so impressed with the look of it and the ease of assembly. I have only been using it recently since the weather has turned warmer and the rain has let up. After considering many other sectionals out there I took a risk on this one, despite the very few reviews it had at the time, because it can be windy on the terrace and the cushions’ tie-down function was desirable. Prior to the last month this sectional set has essentially lived under a seriously strong rainproof cover that I purchased separately from a reputable brand. Again, with the wind and weather factor I did not skimp on a cover that could be tightly secured and withstand the rainy spring. One month in and the cushions do not recover their form from a 115 lb woman sitting on them for a few hours a day at most. Furthermore the sun has absolutely bleached them out as the photos show. That’s just one month in so I expect it will get worse as time goes on. Two of the U-clips have snapped and the plastic weave has broke and popped out in sections. Since all of these deterioration problems are manifesting so quickly I now cover it whenever I’m not using it but to be honest, that’s really annoying because it would be nice to walk out and sit on it without the extra steps involved. I contacted the seller and they were very courteous and quick to respond. I mostly expressed my disappointment in the cushions deflating and as a gesture they sent me another set of cushion covers… which I didn’t want since they’re just gonna get bleached again. When I followed up with them they advised me to not leave it in the rain, which I never did and I continue to not do that. I think they were saying that the rain is responsible for the discoloration and cushion memory retention which is odd for an outdoor product and anyway it was never exposed to the rain. At this rate I expect to get one more season at best, out of this set. I strongly advise staying away from this sectional unless you have some sheltered protection for it.Read more

   This came in three boxes. I opened and put together box C first and it had the hardest seats to figure out. But once I looked at the directions and understood how it went together I had no problem putting this together by my self and the rest was easy. They didn’t skimp on parts. There are extra pieces so if something gets damaged or whatever you have what you need to fix it. The patio furniture looks like I expected, feels sturdy when you sit on it and I am happy with that. The only thing I don’t like is that the back and side cushions aren’t full enough and you can really feel the back of the sectional when you lean back. I’m fairly handy and I think I will add stuffing as the covers are zippered. I am happy with this purchase.!Read more

   It’s a great outdoor sectional. The reason why I’m giving this item 3 stars is because some of the wicker was falling apart straight out of the box. Also one of the corner pieces did not have a hole for the other side of a screw so it was not able to be put together correctly. I was still able to rig it so I made it work. So far I love it but I just wish it was a little bit more well-made, attention to detail when manufacturing. Other than that, the cushions are thick and nice, the coffee table is a great add on piece.Read more

   The seller’s video is easier to follow than the included instructions, and made it very easy to put this together. There are plenty of extra parts and the set is solid and nice. The seller includes extra resin wicker material for you to patch if needed in the future. Also, sofa clips to hook the pieces together so they don’t move around but we chose not to use them so we can rearrange pieces whenever we like. The seat cushions are great. The back cushions are thinner. We have outdoor pillows to stick behind our back so not an issue. But as another reviewer mentioned, all the cushions have zippers so easy to stuff with a better insert or just to be able to machine wash will be nice. We got 2 left facing pieces but since dimensions are the same we were able to turn it to be right facing without being noticeable. Ours is on an uncovered deck so we also purchased a slip cover to go over the entire set. Great set for the price! Really happy with it.Read more

   Loving this set so far! Here are my initial impressions (we’ve had it only a few weeks so can’t speak about how it holds up) Installation was pretty easy. Once we got the first built we kinda figured out the process and the rest of the pieces built fairly easily. Some pieces did have loose ends that weren’t woven but overall everything was in good shape. The small loose bits could be glued. Also they gave extra rattan which was nice! Some people commented that they didn’t get a right piece. The instructions say 2 left pieces. The corners are identical so it’s just poorly labeled in the instructions. The clips at the bottom hold the pieces together firmly. LOVE that the seat cushions velcro to the chairs. They don’t slip at all. Most furniture sets don’t have this feature. This was actually what made us choose this set over others and I’m glad we did! Cushions are comfy enough. Not spectacular but it’s an outdoor patio set and I think they serve their purpose fine. Back cushions tie on and therefore stay put. I worry that eventually they will tear at the ties but im not sure how that could be avoided. One complaint about the back cushions is you can’t really use the tights on the corner pieces since the corners constrict with any space to fit the tie through. I could have forced them but we remove the cushions and store them in a waterproof deck box so it wouldn’t work. So I just tied the strings around the pillow and lean them in place. They do fall down but I can live with it. Overall very pleased and lots of compliments.Read more
