I just received this product and have only used it once so I can’t really speak to the efficacy yet but what I can tell you is it seems to be well made and it felt good to use. I think the serum has a good ingredient deck as well. I’m hopeful this will work. ***Update 5/29/2021: I’ve been using this almost everyday and I am loving it. First of all, it just feels good to use since it massages the scalp. For the last 8 years or so my scalp has been producing very little oil which is not a good thing since it helps to keep the hair from drying out and becoming brittle. Since I’ve started using this my scalp is producing natural oils again. My hair feels softer and is shedding less. Also, my husband commented that my hair appears thicker. I will need to follow up with a update review in a few weeks/months to provide a long term review however as of now I am pleased with this purchase. My hair is thinning due to age and hormones but not balding, I am using this product to stimulate strengthening and thickness of existing hair and hopefully the new hair(my hair has always fallen out a lot all my life) will grow in thicker and healthier. As of now the benefits I see to date are most definitely softer, shiny beautiful hair an esthetic improvement to my existing hair and it has made styling easier(I have long hair). I do see lots of “baby hair” so I’m looking forward to the outcome and length and thickness of this new growth but as of now it’s only about an inch thick so too soon to tell. This laser hair growth brush is really easy to use and seems quite well-made. It charged fully in a little over an hour using the included USB cord: both the massage function and the laser turn on with a touch of the buttons on the back of the brush. It came with a stand to hold the brush when not in use, and two brush head cartridges that pop into the center of the brush. One is a soft-bristled massage brush; the other is the one that dispenses the included biotin/minoxidil serum. It has metal bristles with roller balls on the the ends (like perfume rollers- see photo), and there’s a place to add serum on the back of the brush cartridge. Using this brush is so relaxing and calming! It’s quiet enough to do for 10 minutes while I watch TV, and it shuts off automatically so I don’t even have to think about the time. Bonus- the company will send a second bottle of hair growth serum free when you run out of the first bottle, just email their customer service!
