This came in 2 separate shippings. Love the primer/booster with the waterproof. By itself it is just an ok mascara. Although most seem to like the non waterproof better than the waterproof. I don’t Then non waterproof smudges under eyes and forget about it if u cry and I’m a cryer. If I reorder I would only get the waterproof and primer.
