I would of given this product 5 stars but… i decided to run both malwarebytes and anti-virus scans prior to doing anything else and wouldn’t you know it had 25 items detected 1 registery value threat. so needless to say be careful with your purchase. With the beginning of on-line schooling, my grandson needed a better computer. After considerable review, this was the one chosen. He has been using it for two weeks now and it has worked perfectly. The touch screen responds instantly and the keys are a good size for a 7 year old. Sound quality is excellent. We haven’t had an opportunity to test the battery life as his study space is set up so the computer is always charging.Read more

I would not recommend. Over time the touch pad stopped working, the sound is bad, the “anti-glare” screen made it difficult to see, and the brightness level is atrocious. I wish that I could return it, but I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt. I spent about 550 on it, which is a lot for me, I just thought it would be better. -Unfortunately, I held on to it for too long in the hopes that I would warm up to all the little things that didn’t work properly, but I do wish I sent it back.
