Perfect replacement for our LG TROMM washer. Changed out bearings, gasket and seal. This gasket is what gave us the indication that the bearings were about to go bad. Well, in a way. We started finding chunks of metal in the lint basket but we were not sure where they came from. After multiple washes, we were convinced that it was not something from our clothes but part of the machine and we had a bit of a water leak with heavier loads. We ordered both bearings, the gasket, and the drum seal from Amazon then replaced using a video we found online. It took quite a bit of time for two of us but when we reached the old gasket, it became very clear that the chunks of metal were coming from the top center ring. I imagine we saved several hundred dollars doing the repair ourselves and so happy we found it before the gasket broke thru entirely and seized / damaged the bearings.Read more

Part was delivered quickly and it fit & worked perfectly. Great price and I would buy again without hesitation. After a few weeks of heavy use, the part is working great with no issues. Part requires the whole machine to be taken apart so it is not for the faint of heart. But it is not difficult just tedious. Make sure you have a fair amount of room around you to lay the parts out. Initially, the inner bearing had failed so I replaced both inner and outer bearings plus the seal and reused the original spider. That was a big mistake. I had neglected to inspect the spider where the inner bearing rides on and after I put it back together found that the drum was still loose and still making noise when entering the spin cycle. Took it apart again and found the clearances between the bearing & shaft were significant due to a worn shaft at the location where the inner bearing sits. I tried wrapping alum tape to take up the wear but that temporary solution worked for two cycles and then I was back to square 1. So I ordered & installed this new spider which fit perfect and worked perfect. Machine behaves like brand new. Moral of my story is to always check the spider shaft bearing surface when replacing the bearings and always replace the seal.Read more

Replaced the seal when I ordered a replacement arm. Well worth the time to replace along with the arm and a perfect direct fit.Read more

By doing a little research and finding the actual part numbers, I saved myself a TON of money vs buying the parts from an appliance parts distributor. The bearings and seal, cost about a third of what it would have cost, thanks!Read more

Part was used in an LG front load washer. Once the old parts were removed, the new parts worked perfectly. Now it is as quiet and smooth as butter. Hopefully I can get another 9/10 years out of it.Read more
