I bought this two-pack of esbeecables dongles on April 25, 2021. I used one of them until today, July 21, 2021, when it no longer worked. The dongle lasted about three months. The item’s description says it’s guaranteed for 18 months: “We will provide you with 18-Month worry-free refund service. If you encounter any problems during use, please feel free to contact us, we promise to answer your questions within 12-Hours.” But there is no phone number or no email address provided, either on the item’s Amazon page or on the packaging. In other words, there is no way of contacting the seller or the manufacturer for the warranty. The warranty is worthless.Read more

Bought this because I needed a set of adapter for my iPhone 12. One for work and one for leisure. When I recieved it, I tested it and discovered it works for music, but doesn’t not work for other functions such as calling, changing volume or siri. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offer to send me another pair. I accepted. When recieved, it was the same issue, call funtions doesn’t work. I’m starting to this it’s not compatible with the iPhone 12. Even worse is that the adapter snapped on me as I am traveling to work. Terribly disappointed.Read more

They are incredibly temperamental. They work for a few seconds and then “pause” the music and you have to click play again. I have to lay down my phone, make sure they’re plugged Im correctly and not move the phone at all, and even then if we hit a bump or take a turn the music will stop. And if you touch your phone at all they will stop again. It’s pretty frustrating. I loved the price, but honestly just buy the apple ones unless your kids want to play “freeze dance” all day.Read more

My phone fell to the floor and I had the headphones on. Rather than pull out of the phone, the dongle broke right where the dongle goes into the phone. Three Days Use. I would like to return it, but there is no where it says “Product is a complete waste of Money” The piece is plastic where it broke.Read more

I got these obviously for the price. You get two (2) for the price of one (1) Apple, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Initially, I had no issues, audio worked as supposed to, but it just went dead within a month or so. I reached for the other adapter and found that the tip that plugs into the phone was wobbly SMH, $8.00 straight to the trash. I ordered a genuine Apple adapter.Read more

I thought buying a three pack of these would be a better deal than buying a single adapter for around the same price but I was absolutely wrong. I had a single one of these adapters and it was from another seller and smaller in size. I had it for 6+ months before it stopped working, so I bought another one of them again and again, lasted for several months before it stopped working. This time I thought I’d just save myself the trouble of buying one ever couple months and buy a pack of three so they’d be around when I needed them but in the last I think two months since I’ve had them, two of them have already put me down and now I’m already on the last one. Not expecting it to last for more than a month so I’m already ordering the other ones I used to get from another seller. There’s seemingly no reason for why they should’ve stop working properly either. No visible damage, I’m not rough with them at all and in fact make sure to be extra careful with them, and they hardly get bent up or anything. I was way rougher with the other ones I bought and yet they held up just fine. This is a prime example of quality over quantity.Read more

My headphone jack wasn’t connecting and I had to hold it a little to one side to make the stereo sound come through on my iphone (even though I cleaned it out really well). With this item, the music sound is fantastic. The center control button on my earphones works to start and stop music after I start it on the phone unless I want to restart the music after a couple of seconds, then I have to restart it on the phone. This item doesn’t work on a phone call but the product description states that it doesn’t work with call function, and that includes sound after you’re on a call. All in all, I’m delighted to get better sound with my music.Read more
