LogOX 3-in-1 Forestry Multitool – The Back-Saving Log Hauler, Cant Hook, and Timberjack (Patented & Made in USA)
$295.41
✓ 21″ LogOX HAULER – Quickly engage, lift, and move log rounds or split pieces without continually bending over, swinging a pulp hook, or pickaroon. This mechanical advantage saves your back by reducing back strain up to 93 percent! The ergonomic, EZ-grip horizontal hardwood handle also makes this tool a great short cant hook for rolling logs.
✓ 38” CANT HOOK – A cant handle extension easily attaches to the Hauler for extra leverage. The sharp precision ground hook tip and beveled toe design helps securely grip and roll logs up to 32” in diameter. Tree care work results in a high percentage of back related injuries, but with the LogOX Hauler you can save time, money, and your back.
✓ 38″ TIMBERJACK – Quickly lift smaller logs (up to 12″ diameter) off the ground. This forms a solid elevated cutting platform, in order to prevent chain damage from ground strikes, bar pinch, and dangerous kickback. T-bar attaches easily using clevis pins, without additional tools.
★ PATENTED – PROUDLY MADE IN USA & GUARANTEED FOR LIFE- We offer a 100% Ironclad Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer’s defect. Made from a rugged, hollow frame, American steel construction you can trust.
★ GREAT VALUE – The LogOX’s multifunction design combines normally over $300 worth of the best forestry tools in a woodsman’s arsenal into a single compact, portable, 12.0 lb. package. Saving you time, money, and storage space. If you use a chainsaw, log splitter, or portable sawmill, the LogOX is a must have! LogOX accessories like the Hauler Holster, PickOX Pickaroon Attachment, and CarryOX Bag are sold separately, or together as part of the LogOX Forester Package.

I bought this tool as a I had a number of large 70+ foot tall pines (cut into thirds) that I needed to cut down to 16″ logs. My Fiskars Hookaroon (my favorite for moving firewood logs around) just wouldn’t work for this task. This tool is extremely well built in that it is very solid. It is chunky and heavy. However, if you are working with big wood 24+ inch diameter and 10+ foot lengths, this probably isn’t the tool for you as the Cant Hook extension is too short. There were a number of times when I was trying to roll 15 foot sections (22- 28 inch diameter) where I couldn’t get enough leverage due to the length of the bar. I also found that that the Timberjack extension, while well built, was too long given the short length of the cant hook extension. As such I couldn’t elevate the pieces I really wanted to. I would have been better off buying a large cant hook and separate timberjack. Additionally, due to the heavy build quality of the whole thing I would never use this to move already split firewood. It is just too heavy. The extremely lightweight Fiskars Hookaroon is my go to for that kind of task and the whole tool costs less than the log ox hookaroon extension which is ridiculously expensive. In summary this tool is to overbuilt and heavy for lightweight jobs and too small for the really beefy jobs. I thought spending the extra money for something that was compact and and had multiple uses was a good Idea. After using it, that was the wrong decision. However, if Log Ox came out with a cant hook extension that was 18 to 24 inches or longer, that would totally change my take on this tool.Read more

The LogOX 3-in-1 MultiTool has literally changed my life. I am a 60 year old woodsman with all the problems of a life of very hard work. Back, shoulders, hips, SI joints and arthritis ect.,ect. you get the picture. My problem is I love the woods and I love working in the woods and I want to die working in the woods. That was getting harder and harder as the constant bending over was killing me. Enter the LogOX into my life and all that changed. The first day I used the Log-OX my wife came home and saw the seven loads of freshly cut firewood and was totally amazed. Normally I would cut one or two loads and spend the next three days in bed in horrible pain. My advice is to take the time to watch the YouTube videos on how to properly use the tool. The LogOX is not like any other tool you may have used and does have a bit of a learning curve to it. Watch the videos and take your time and once you used to the proper technique you will be amazed. Your production goes way up and your back feels great. The LogOX is extremely well built. I have put it through the paces with extremely heavy and large wood. You can give it all you have when lifting a large log and you know your not going to land on your face with a broken handle. The LogOX is unbelievable around a splitter or chopping block. At the end of the day you feel like you had somebody helping you. You have a pick-up load of tools in a very easy compact way to get them to where your working. The Log-OX is very easy to change up as your needs change. The Log-OX company is THE BEST. They are a USA company that is proud of and stands behind their products. The products are very competitively priced for a product that stands so far from the competition.Read more

Most important thing to note is that this is extremely sturdy and well made. Unfortunately that inevitably means that it is also fairly heavy and probably add 10 lbs to the weight of any log you might be trying to lift. As well, it is really designed for small to medium diameter logs—anything over about 12” would be a problem (see photo below). Having said that, I was able to position logs that probably weighed about 100-200 lbs for cutting (something that would have been impossible unaided) and from that, admittedly limited, perspective it is invaluable..Read more

I purchased some new tools to deal with hurricane Sally and Well you can see by the pics the T-Bar bent right back on the very first 16″ dia 4′ long log I tried to roll up. My wife stood there with her mouth open in total surprise as it failed right in front of her. I was trying to show her what this 200 dollar contraption was purchased for…well that went south in 2 seconds lol. thank goodness for amazon returns. Now logox needs to tell the builder of their tools to test them before shipping…the weak link to me is the weld at the T bar it could be made so much stronger by getting some actual “weld penetration” or bore a hole in the u-plate and weld from both sides…easy fix in my eyes. log ox you need to fix the weak links in this tool quickly before it gets around that the tool is not a wise purchase.Read more

I was fully expecting that odds were going to be pretty good that I would be returning this for spending almost $200. I was only keeping this if the videos and reviews met my qualifications as well. I received the LogOx multi-tool set up 2 days ago and immediately was impressed with how solidly it’s built, how good the configurations fit together, and how it felt like each way the tool felt like a solid one piece unit. I have 8 large trees down on my property so took the LogOx out and was able to roll 20″+ large logs with it and roll up sections of up to 20″ logs to cut. Everything about the LogOx exceeded expectations and No Way is mine going back! It’s a big investment…but from what I’ve seen out if it the last 2 days, it’s worth itRead more

Excellent back, hand and foot injury saver. Especially when handling sap filled newly felled wood. Perfect Forestry tool, you can easily carry it into the woods with your chainsaw. You will need to buy spare split pins and I would recommend removing the cotter pins and storing them in a dedicate pocket rather than leaving them on the tool if not being used. I’ve used all 3 deployments to process several of the Storm Arwen trees into firewood for 2023. It’s price but worth it..made of heavy duty steel. Its a heavy tool to start with so you’ll need strength to use it. But if you aren’t strong enough to use it, you probably shouldn’t be using a chainsaw in the woods in the first place.Read more

Wow. How did I move and process logs without this. It’s expensive but considering mine had to come from the United States postage took up a fair chunk of the price. Well made so should last for yearsRead more

Quality of build is great. It just works well! No complaints apart from the holster being sold separate and very expensive to buy on its own. Better off making your own holster.Read more

The unit itself is heavy and good for its purpose, unfortunately, it broke at the base after only one use. Reading the reviews before I purchase anything, I think in this case it is defective. No fault on the seller but for such a solid tool that snap seems like it would be fairly unlikely after 2 weeks of owning the product.Read more
