We’ve tried both Picasso Tiles and magblocks and there is no comparison, the magblocks are way better. The magnets in the magblocks are way stronger and hold up way better when building anything, but especially when making something really tall. My kids are 4 and 2. The 2 year old is starting to get into these but these are probably my 4 year olds favorite toy. I love these for the creativity of building his own designs, and learning to follow directions to turn a picture into something real. I would recommend these to anyone who asked for a good creative toy for kids.Read more

I bought this set for my four year old son. This is his second set and this one is so much better than the previous one. The pieces are great quality and there are a lot of different shapes with plenary of each shape to get creative. The wheel sets that come are also great quality, sturdy enough to support a giant moving tower, which happens to be my sons favorite thing to build! The book comes with a ton of different pictures of ideas of things you could build. The book is not like LEGO building instructions and much more just a book of pictures of ideas, but I think my little one prefers to see ideas and then use his creativity to bring them to life better anyways. I also really liked the tub it came in, he has a place to put all the pieces when he’s not playing. Even the air bags that came in the tub to stop the pieces from banging around during shipment were really nice quality!Read more

We bought this for my son for his birthday a few months back and he absolutely loves them we had originally purchased the big namebrand magnetic building blocks which were good however the magnets were not that strong. He would build some thing and have issues with the collapsing etc. With these new blocks, that all came to an end as he could build some thing with many many levels without worrying about it falling apart etc. We bought this for my son for his birthday a few months back and he absolutely loves them we had originally purchased the big namebrand magnetic building blocks which were good however the magnets were not that strong. These are great. My kids play with these literally everyday. Sometimes for hours or at times just a short while but literally everyday they will open the container. They also drop them ALL THE TIME. I have two very rough boys and I am surprised they haven’t destroyed these yet. These are definitely with the money.Read more

There are MANY options online and some of them are twice the price. This set had everything that the kids wanted. They are strong magnets that hold to each other well enough to build impressively tall structures. It’s been a few months now and all 3 kids play with the tiles at least once everyday with still no signs of wear and tear and any broken plastic corners or anything. I have been very impressed with this set- great plastic tote box to store away tiles as well. Would highly recommend both the product itself AND the seller (was delivered earlier than stated!).Read more

My daughter 4 1/2 really likes to play with these magnetic tiles. She builds really nice things with it and due to the different kind of tiles and also wheel parts there are a lot of possibilities. She has a lot of fun with it. BUT: When you have to move those nice buildings to another place they will fall apart extremly easily. This causes a lot of frustation. Even if a grown up would move them they will fall apart quickly. I have no comparison with other magnetic tile brands. So I am not sure if that is normal. But it lowers the fun.Read more

My 3 year old grand niece is in Pre-K (?) and was playing with these in her school.
