I had a recent medical issue that required absorbent pads, and this is the one they administered in the hospital. They’re good quality and they did the absorbing job, but they do require external tape to keep them in place. Due to their size, they require a lot of tape to hold in place. Hopefully I never have to repeat the need for these, but I’m glad I have them just in case.Read more

I am using these pads to absorb draining from my foot due to blood circulation problems concerning body water. These are very absorbent and have used them in the past with water draining from my wife’s legs (now happily with our Lord). My 2 doctors have also suggested I use these pads. – Bobby BlueRead more

Happy with these. They are a good size and absorb a fair amount. They did not leave residual fabric/material on the wounds. They seemed to easily peel away from still damp wounds rather than sticking. I actually used these for my dog who had to have an extremely large lump removed from her side/stomach. I used these pads to absorb the fluids that came from her drainage tubes and continued to use them after the tubes were removed. I did not apply then with adhesive tapes. Instead I kept them in place with a stretchy abdominal brace meant for humans. It worked out well.Read more

It is a very good value if you can put the box together yourself. For me it is so worth it! Once you have medical insurance involved the price of things triples since they have to add their cut. Things like this should just be paid out of pocket to keep the bottom line cost down. It’s a little more work for the patient/customer but cheaper is better for my checkbook. It’s too bad that people who don’t understand the concept can’t find help to do this. Maybe some voluntary church group or friend of the family could help. We could all get back to old fashioned basic help your neighbor kind of society. Wouldn’t that be nice?Read more

Wow, these are big and very absorbing. I bought them for a recent tummy tuck surgery since my sister just had one and had lots of leakage. My incision didn’t leak but I did had some where my drain tubes site were. They also offer a nice cushion between your incision and garments. I like that they are individually wrapped. They don’t stick to the incision either so that is a huge bonus. Great product.Read more

My husband has 2 nurses daily to change his dressing. They had a hard time keeping ahead of the leakage so I ordered these to use on his wound. They really did a great job. A very good price as well. A God Send for us here actually.Read more
