This MRTREUP Hair Brush Set contains some unique brushes but they work great. You get four brushes for your hair and 5, articulated, alligator clips to section your hair when styling. There are two, very small, brushes and they are designed to be used for baby hairs around your hairline and you can also use one for eyebrows. One of the brushes is very similar to a Denman brush, which has been around for years. It’s a good brush for thick or curly/kinky/frizzy hair. The last brush is really unique. It has flexible sections that move independently of each other. Please look in the box before tossing it because there is a small, pink, plastic, stabilizing bar that you can attach to this brush to spread the sections out and lock them in place. Look at the product page pictures to see this. While you can use the brush without the stabilizing bar, I find that for wet, tangled, hair, using the stabilizing bar works best. And it really does work extremely well to detangle wet hair without pulling or tugging. I have very frizzy hair that tends to tangle. I have used Denman brushes for many, many, years with good results. I tried one of these flexible brushes about a year ago and I love them. They are my go to brush for detangling after shampooing. I use the Denman style brush for brushing my dry hair. This knock off Denman brush works well and seems to be well made. All in all, this is a great set at a bargain price.Read more

This whole set was exactly what I was missing in my daily care routine! I used the black handled brush with the white bristles to come through all my products after applying them! And the pink flexible brush I use in the shower and for untangling! These have helped my hair become so much healthier by not breaking and pulling the hair I have left these have made brushing my curly dry unmanageable hair manageable again! I have wavy hair so I avoid brushes at all cost but this seems to be a nice set. The regular brush was nice and smooth, the one that bends was weird and I’m not quite sure how to use it. It’s so flexible, it doesn’t detangle or brush my hair, it just bends! The little brushes kept getting tangled in my hair so I didn’t use those. The little black clips work nicely and hold my hair without being too heavy. Overall, this is decent.Read more
