I like it. The handle gets hot It is easy to use and you can do a lot with one tank of water. It cleans my tile floors nice I cleaned my shower stall it looks great. I use the brush head on the bottom and got a lot of soap scum off that we were never able to get off from when we bought the house, you really couldn’t see it but I could feel it. I am OCD. I have cleaned some fake wood blinds ” remember DUST them first ” it was a mess because I didn’t dust them off first. I went over my walls and doors ” simigloss paint” so much easier DUST OFF THE WALLS FIRST. You have to DUST OFF THE WALLS blinds and FLOOR FIRST IF NOT you have black wet dust that you have to wipe up. I cleaned my windows and bathroom mirrors with the squeezey” they are streaked at all. Not a well made rubber squeezy” that came with it, I dont look for it to last long, you have to keep paper towels handy to go around the edges and bottom to get the water up, it is the cleanest they have ever been. The furniture, that is why I took one star off it made water streaks on my chair. the Floor wand is to big the clothing wand has to thin of a cap to go on it. I am going to rubber band a thick rag on the clothing wand and see if it does better on the furniture. Another con it doesn’t come with enough cloths and clothing caps the cloths are made cheap and thin, I use my bar rags. I attached a 100 foot power cord, filled the tank with distilled water and easily steam cleaned/sanitized wood and marble floors, walls, stair carpet, etc. without using any chemicals. Get a supply of microfiber rags to attach to the mop head, since it only comes with one. After receiving amazing customer service that went above and beyond, this store deserves 5 stars. I will definitely buy from them again! The unit is easy to use and very powerful. A full tank will last almost an hour. Detailed my whole car back to brand new status! One word of advice is grab yourself a bundle of micro fiber in the same order. Super cheap, got like 24 for under $10. You’ll thank me later trust me. Once you get started on it you’ll be wanting to clean crevisis and whatnot because it’s fun and addicting. This steam cleaner is simple to use. I recommend buying a bundle of white 16″x 16″ microfiber towels for cleaning wide surfaces so they are large enough to fold in half to clamp into the floor cleaner. I cannot find the smaller elastic-banded towels for the upholstery cleaner. I am just wrapping 11″x11″ towels around this tool. Only one of each size towel comes with the cleaner. I had a question about the cleaner so I tried both the telephone number and the website indicated on their manual. No success. I recommend wearing gloves if your hands get close to the steam with some jobs. The water is truly very hot. Lots of little tips from a new user who has just used the machine on area rugs and upholstery. I am pleased with the results so far.Read more
