I am giving it 4 stars in total, because of their fantastic customer support and beautiful design of solar garden lights with optic fiber. I ordered once, no issues, bright and beautiful, I ordered second time, one light is good, the other is too dim and is stuck on red, doesn’t change colors. You can see one dim red flower in my vid. I contacted the seller thru ask a question form and after a few emails Nina from customer support sent me a replacement set. Out of replacement set, one light is good, and the other is too dim again. But this one does change colors though. After all I did get a good set in the beginning and another good set out of the 2 sets later. Out of all, I got 4 good lights and 2 meh. You can see one light is much dimmer and barely seen in the pics and the video. Still I don’t hate the defective ones, I prefer to think of them as having their own character haha At night when you drive by, they float in the darkness… They all float, kiddo! Good stuff…Read more

I ordered 4 of these lights but 2 have stopped working within a year of purchase (and they were stored away during the winter months), so they have only been used for a few months. I have spent a lot of time requesting a replacement for the two that don’t work (as the warranty states they are under warranty)! I have taken the solar light apart and replaced the batteries with the recommended kind, I have cleaned the solar light, etc. but they still don’t work. Certainly not worth the cost for a few months of working.Read more

These lights are absolutely beautiful. This is my third set. This set arrived two days ago. Sets one and two were spectacular. This one is a complete failure. The lights work, but, the poles are dirty and scarred. Two of the fiber optic arrays are falling apart (there are pieces scattered about in the box), a third one is pieced together in a most haphazard manner (its extremely crooked) ….. perhaps a quality control issue. This set appears to be a return that was simply repackaged. I did email the company at the address listed in their paperwork. The email was returned as invalid. I rechecked and resent. The same response…..invalid email address. This set is being returned.Read more
