I don’t think the other women who have reviewed this product know that you must use some sort of lubrication to form a good seal when using these. Dry skin will not form a good seal and this will allow air to seep in and then the suction will be lost. Use of these prior to giving birth can help to train your nipples to be enlarged and enable a much easier latch for your new born. At this time you could use your favorite lotion or a similar adult water base lubricant. After baby is born, there are several nipple lubricants made for women to use when using a breast pump to make pumping much more comfortable and productive by allowing for a good seal of the pump flange and the surface of the breast. This allows the breast to move with-in the flange which produces a very realistic suckling feeling as well as providing the ability to the nipple to glide freely inside the draw tunnel of the flange. This type of lubricant works extremely well and could also be used right from the start. I used these for the last 2 months prior to birth, I used it for an hour or more several times a day, at work and at home, by adjusting the suction level I was also able to sleep with them on all night very comfortably, and never lost the suction pull. My nipples became much fuller and were very easily aroused to a perky state. For me this now seems to be permanent, and the inversion has not returned. Good luck to all of you, LOVE IT FORWARD!Read more

I was cautious at first, now I use with a cream and keep on for hours. Has transformed my nipples and for me a sensual sensitivity that was not apparent before. Easy to rinse and the case the cups come in is perfect. Can be used to extend the nipples for piercing. The more I use the better the improvement. Easy to use and remove. I don’t feel any discomfort. Sometimes I forget the extenders are on.Read more

My baby had difficulty latching causing me serious pain and causing her to be frustrated, especially when I am engorged. A lactation consultant at the hospital gave me a set of nipple shields but I hated them, could not use them right and I was ready to give up breastfeeding altogether, and then I got these nipple pullers. They have literally saved my breastfeeding journey. I place them on, in my bra about 30minutes before I suspect baby will be ready to feed, and when I take them out, my nipples are as erect as anything and baby has a perfect latch. I no longer have to use them everytime, maybe just 2 or 3 times a day now, soon I may not need it at all as the effects are really long lasting. I would greatly recommendRead more

I read so many reviews before purchasing this style and brand. What I liked best is the scalloped edges, it fits perfectly, and you can control the amount of suction easily. No cons here. Finally bought a product that works for me. I’d give it ten stars.Read more

These are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something to help alleviate flat nipples without causing trauma. As other reviews have said, you must use lotion or you risk cracking or blistering. I like to use a lotion with silicone as it won’t dry out (you can find these advertised as “intimate massage” lotion or oil). I just put a drop on my finger tip to apply and then wipe off with a tissue before trying to apply the extenders. The silicone is very slippery so I have to wipe my hand clean or else they slip out when I try to squeeze them. With the lotion applied and my fingered cleaned, it’s very easy to apply. I just squeeze the bulb, place over the nipple, release, and the suction will gently pull the nipple into the bulb. I like the petal base because it makes it easy to line up and center over the areola. I can wear these for hours, but that may be too much for some. The lotion is really important for this. I tried them once without lotion and it hurt so much that i took them off after five minutes and had slight cracking and was very sore. I left them off for a few days to make sure I wouldn’t cause any serious blistering. Once I used the lotion first, I found no pain at all and after a few minutes I really couldn’t even notice they were attached. I found myself checking to make sure they didn’t fall off. The never did and I can wear them without any discomfort for at least 4 hours. The rubber does stick out and they are noticeable under clothes, even with a bra and loose shirt, I can see they are very obvious. I don’t think I’d want to wear them outside of my home, but I haven’t tried with a thick bra. A molded t-shirt bra might do the trick, but I don’t like t-shirt bras and prefer unlined. You might have a better option, but I’d suggest a thorough test in the mirror before going out if this is something that might make you feel uncomfortable or self-conscious. I personally have no issue with nipples showing through clothes. It’s natural. I just don’t have a large chest so I felt it looked very odd with my figure. Again, it’s all personal preference. My lasting results have been positive. I’ve only been using these about every other day for a little less than a month, averaging probably 2-3 hours each time. When they first come off, my nipples are puffy and a little flush. This initial swell goes down in a few minutes but a feel I’ve gone from totally flat, to slightly protruding. They’re more responsive, and become erect more easily. For me, that’s what I wanted. I wasn’t expecting anything too dramatic, just a slight correction, which is what they’ve provided. It seems like this is sort of training the nipples. I don’t know if it’s permanent. I can’t say if there’s a certain amount of time needed to have permanent or semi-permanent results, nor can I say how long it would take to lose all progress after stopping. I can say that it’s not an immediate loss once removed, at least not for me. For the price, if used correctly, I recommend giving them a try. They’ve been well worth the cost and time spent for me.Read more

These are very painful at first if you have flat/inverted nipples. But that is to be expected. After the third time using, I barely noticed them anymore. My doctor recommended that I buy these once I hit 37 weeks and start using before baby comes. I keep them on for about 30 min, 3 times a day just to try and acclimate myself to the sensation. I’ve heard that breastfeeding can be pretty painful at first and I like to think these will help me on my way 🙂 I used a bit of Vaseline on each nipple before suctioning these on and it really helps with the comfort level, and the suction. I definitely recommend.Read more

I tried a different brand of these first and had problems getting them to keep their suction. On re-ordering, these popped up so I tried them and am super glad I did. I have VERY SHY nipples and they’ve been a real thorn in my side all my adult life. This Brand is more comfy, easier to put on and they really, really stay on well! They come with a ring around them and I used them with it and without. The only difference I noticed was how far they suctioned in.Read more

I haven’t used this for a super long time or noticed like changing results, but it definitely does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve always had more flat or “shy” nipples and wish I tried it previously, but then again my nipples pointed down before and not up lol. I had a breast reduction 7 and a half weeks ago and I purchased this soon after as my nipples weren’t even able to go erect they were just flat/soft. I did lose all sensation to my nipples unfortunantly so I really can’t speak to the comfort level because I can’t feel anything. A few weeks post op, before using this, ny nipples have regained the ability to become erect if say I were really cold etc, but are still very “flat/shy”, probably a bit more than pre-op. I’ve started using this over the past week, I slept in once, and otherwise would just wear a few hrs per day, and it’s still so early but I already feel like it’s helped slightly and feel confident that with continuous longer use that it’ll help pull them out a bit more permanently so they aren’t so flat. I could also see how this could be helpful for people with similar nipples who want to “pull” their implementation out for breastfeeding for a better latch as my nipples are temporarily quite erect immediately after removing, even if they were only on for 5 mins. I also use Vaseline or similar product prior to using and I’ve never had an issue with seal or them falling off. If you have flat or inverted nipples I think it’s totally worth giving a try!Read more

Just got these to try and fix my 1 flat and 1 inverted nipples. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and had serious issues breastfeeding my first. Had to use a nipple shield which eventually made me give up at 3 months. These seem to have amazing suction and love that you can adjust the suction to what’s comfortable. I’ve only started using them for 5 minutes at a time with lots of nipple cream, but the results are already pretty awesome. They are very exerted when I take them off, but after about 5 min they go back down. Even still, I can see this helping so much to get baby to latch. And maybe over time, they will be erect permanently. Fingers crossed!Read more

I bought these to help my chances of breast feeding our next baby. I had such a painful experience with our first two that I gave up after a month from the pain of flat nipples. These suction sups are comfortable to wear but you must USE OIL on your nipples before applying or else it will hurt. They bring my nipples out nicely and I’m Hoping with consistence use they can help keep my nipples perky permanently!Read more

I’ve tried this product only twice since I’ve received it. The first time it hurt to keep it on, but as the instructions mention you need to put cream on first. I used a dab of the madela nipple cream and it worked like charm – no pain and a great suction! I would highly recommend this to anyone who has flat nipples and trouble breastfeedingRead more
