When I replaced the black ink cartridge with the full cartridge the printer still reads it as empty and does not print. Have attempted to reinstall several times, but now we have to research how to troubleshoot this… all-in-all a hassle. Hopefully this is just a fluke and not a consistent problem with this product, but I will think twice before purchasing a remanufactured cartridge again. Colored ink cartridge shows up as full, but haven’t been able to test print since it won’t print with an “empty” black cartridge.Read more

I received the cartridge very quickly however those Angels over at HP don’t recognize it and I don’t recommend any HP printer because the one I have I paid for and bought over two years ago and since I will not continue to subscribe to empty it no longer work I’ll do it before and I bought all the ink and all the paper and and the electricity and internet I can’t use it over all the ink has no problem HP just scamersRead more

I have a contract with a company to send cartridges when empty, but turns out I have to keep ordering from Amazon. Cartridge might give you difficulty trying to load, but keep trying, it eventually works.Read more

The color cartridge worked great though it ran out very fast for very little color printing. Black cartridge would not work at all in my HP printer. I got ink on my hand so I know it is full but the printer will not recognize the cartridge. I’m about 6 days outside of the 30 day return window, but I didn’t need black ink until today…. Going back to HP brand. They seem to last longer and I’ve never had an issue with compatibility.Read more

The introductory price was great and the black cartridge has been working well for several months. The color cartridge was installed a few weeks ago and was working, but now the printer will not work due to a problem with the color cartridge. Replacing the OA100 color cartridge with an HP cartridge fixed the problem.Read more

This was my first purchase of remanufactured ink cartridges and it will be my last. They did not work in my hp printer. Printer kept saying they were empty. So I do not know what the problem was but I returned them to Amazon for a refund and had to go to the store for new ho cartridges that worked perfectly. This was a disappointment.Read more
