The product info claims that each cartridge is good for 240 pages, but in my experience (having gone through 3 or 4 of them), it’s probably 100 at most, maybe 75. A complete rip-off almost to the point of consumer fraud. I would strongly advise against buying an HP printer that requires this ink cartridge – we had an older printer for many years that used a different cartridge, and we were replacing it maybe three time a year. This one lasts a month under our standard use. Also, you might notice that it is frequently out of stock, which makes me think this is a systemic problem – they can’t make them fast enough to keep up with normal printer usage by their customers.Read more

These cartridges are horrible. Prints maybe a couple dozen pages at most and immediately is out of ink. It’s also impossible to find now. I’ve bought 4-5 of these wasteful inks since the school year started a couple months ago because I am working from home. These have got to be defective. I’ve never had a cartridge print so little. I don’t think it prints quite as many pages it claims. But it’s better than the regular cartiagde. I set my printer to black ink only and rarely use the color. The 67xl does last longer than the 67 buys you some time to order another one vs store where it costs more and isn’t guaranteed to be in stock. I’m not going to 2-3 stores for ink I already hate to pay the premium for. These replacements fix right and work great.Read more

I inserted cartridges into HP 4100 printer and message was “cartridge not compatible” – printer called for 67XL’s I chatted with your customer service rep and she said it was too late to get a replacement for the 67XL black and 67XL color cartridges. I purchased them when I got my new printer as the cartridges provided are not XL and I wanted replacements as soon as the others ran out of ink. I’ve been an Amazon customer for many years and expected better serv ice. The CSR said she’d make an excxeption but I never received them.Read more

As far as I know, these last a good long time – I am still using the first replacement cartridge. Very easy to install. Value for the money – no worse than any other I have used, but I think they are all a ripoff. Seriously, it’s only INK for crying out loud, and look at the price they charge. They just about give away the lower end printers and milk us for the ink. Why do you think they go to such great lengths to make sure theirs is the only cartridge that works in their printer? It’s not Amazon that’s ripping us off, it’s the printer companies.Read more

Had a bad experience purchasing an HP Printer this year. Have purchased HP Printers in the past…no problems. But the last printer I purchased gave me nothing but problems. After having it replaced 4 times, I was forced to return to the dealer, receiving a full refund, as it was still under the 1 year warranty. I had ordered the HP67XL Ink Cartridges from Amazon, but unfortunately had to return them, as I had to purchase a new printer, and the cartridges are a different size. Still went with an HP Printer, but this time I have purchased an extra 2 year warranty, just in case.Read more
