I was skeptical of getting these because there were few ratings/reviews, but the legs I got were perfect for what I needed. I attached them to a wooden bookshelf I got. However the screws that came with the legs were too long for the bookshelf. That is, if I tried to drill the screws into the wood, they would come out the other side and damage the shelf. Instead I attached the hairpin legs using strong mounting. Worked like a charm!Read more

Couldn’t find a nice matte gold finish and this seemed to be what I had been looking for. The legs unfortunately already have some scuffs removing some of the gold color and the “protective” feet look like a little puck of hard glue or plastic. These will certainly scratch wood laminate and probably wood floors too. One of the plastic pucks came off one of the feet, and it’d be okay if they were all removable to add additional hairpin feet but it seems to be more trouble than it’s worth to take off the plastic.
