We have had many Otterboxes over the years. They were a very solid product. However, this particular one sucks butt. We had the phone in this Otterbox for TWO days, and guess what? The phone broke in the case. Didn’t drop it, didn’t sit on it. Yet the phone still broke, not the protective glass cover, but the phone itself, via the side that holds the sim card and an sd card. As that section is in just silicone. THAT section NEEDS the hard case, there’s nothing on that side that you need everyday access to.Read more

I would order a case from a different seller. This seller charges additional shipping when you return items even if you say its defective. Its illegal to charge additional shipping without a customers permission. If they practice these shady methods of selling, they should have this stated in their listings so they are transparent when people buy things. They determine whether they think its defective which is unfair to honest customers you have issues. and charge return shipping accordingly. When a customer sends something back because its defective Amazon policy states that we get free return shipping BOTTOM LINE. I would order directly sold from Amazon or fulfilled by Amazon items for no hassle returns. See below for my issue with the phone case. This seller said if I threaten to leave negative feedback its called extortion by Amazon. Amazon said it is absolutely our right to tell a seller we will provide appropriate feedback whether its negative or not and they said this seller was threatening me. See below regarding my issue with this case. I ordered this case and was very disappointed when I received it because the power and volume buttons were hard to press in. When I took the case off it was like night and day. Much easier to use my own phone buttons than with the case. I wouldn’t suggest ordering this type unless mine was the only one defective. It has harder plastic buttons on the side though and this is not normal. I went online and did a search and found forums where others complained of this same issue and also that it actually broke the buttons on their phone because the plastic was so hard. I called Spectrum too and they said a case should make it easier to press your buttons not more difficult otherwise its not put together correctly.. I would purchase a lighter weight case that is basically cheaper with lighter plastic or rubber. Or they do have cases which I am looking into that have the side where the buttons are cutout so you can use your own buttons making it easy to use. Amazon did give me my full refund and asked the Seller not to send me any more emails. Thankful Amazon has our backs..Read more

Then the cell with the rubber case is slid nd snapped into the hard case. Bingo, done and I am satisfied. Money well spent.Read more
