I purchased this in lieu of the liquid brush on type because I thought that it would be easier to use and to write on. When it works as intended, it is. Unfortunately, unless you’re very careful when applying this, it ends up creating more of a mess than the liquid type. The liquid type can be very difficult to write on, but it’s easy to apply. On the other hand, this correction tape is very easy to write on, but not so easy to apply. In principle the process should be very simple, but it doesn’t always work out that way. Despite following the directions, I find that at least 10% of the time, the correction tape doesn’t apply flatly to the surface. Sometimes it messes up at the beginning, other times at the end. When either of these things happen, I have to scrape off the tape and start over again. The bottom line is that this product has the capability of working very well, but it fails enough times to make it no less frustrating than using the traditional brush on liquid.Read more

I’ve had to snag quite a few of PaperMate’s competitor correction dryline tape products when stores were out of this so I’ve tested at least 3 others and found them to be lacking. They’re either cumbersome, counter-intuitive or both and consistently unwind. With PaperMate’s DryLine Tape IF (and its rare) you need to haul in slack the design and quality construction/structure make it easy. Not having to wonder which direction to hold it, the ease of reeling in slack and applying the tape elevate this product (and making use of the others incredibly frustrating!)Read more

I do a lot of writing, so I’m always looking for a good correction tape. This one is great because it covers well with a wide applicator, and the tape itself isn’t as thick as some others I’ve tried, while still providing good coverage. The tape doesn’t chip or tear. I was pretty excited about the swiveling applicator as that would mean I can also use this to erase pen drawings. It’s not as useful as I hoped, however. It doesn’t really turn very smoothly for me, but maybe it’s just something I have to practice. The dispenser itself is nice. I like the soft pad on top, and the overall ergonomic design. I also really like the bright green color. Another helpful feature is that it’s easy to wind the tape. I haven’t had to use it on this one, but did on my other one when the tape came loose. The other one was ridiculously hard to turn. This one, you can turn with a short fingernail.Read more

I purchased this because I enjoy writing and definitely need to cover up mistakes from time to time. The package comes with two liquid paper correction tape applicators. Both of the ones I received worked very well. It is best used when medium pressure is applied; press too lightly and the tape will come out missing a few pieces. Press too hard and it will clump a bit; when used correctly it works perfectly. When writing on it, I found it best to write lightly so the tape would not tear. I tried writing over it in black ink and the tape was able to withstand the pressure from my pen. It also stood out very well and I could easily read what I wrote. I found no issues here. I really enjoy the style of the applicator. It is very sleek looking and has soft grip pad on top. In comparison to other correction tapes I’ve used, this is one of the best. It’s bright green color definitely stands out (I tend to lose things sometimes, this should help). I really like the swiveling applicator as well, the tape is easy to use and turn when needed. All in all, I would purchase this product again without a second thought.Read more

Have to use a ALOT of white out tape on documents for work- these are fantastic and are the 3rd type I have tried . The tape adheres very well and does not lift off paper or move around or become loose as you are using . Easy to place tape accurately as well if using in a small space. You can write easily over tape if necessary . They are pricey but worth it -Read more
