Purchased this on a Wednesday and it arrived by Friday, and it exceeded all expectations, especially for a custom monogrammed product! Here are a few high-notes: Leather: This is clearly a high-quality leather, it has a nice hand feel and is plush. You can tell it is real because it is smooth on the top and textured underneath.The color is nice as well, I ordered tan. I can’t help but think that this leather keychain will wear in really well over the years, I can’t imagine it wearing out or breaking anytime in the foreseeable future. Monogram: I got my wife’s initials straight across AMH and I selected Gold. This is as expected and there isn’t much to report because it was executed as expected. I would say that given the handmade nature of these items made by Northwind Supply, making these monogrammed items individually to meet each customer’s request shows a great attention to detail. I would order with confidence that Northwind would get your order right the first time. Hardware: I went with the Antique Brass, which turned out nice to give this a little character. I believe the pin holding the leather together is a screw-type piece that pokes through the leather in a set hole and then is turned shut. It does not appear to be something that can be easily unscrewed, and I don’t plan on messing with it as it seems very secure. My brother is getting married in the spring, and I’m definitely going to recommend Northwind Supply to make some items for his groomsmen gifts, well done guys!Read more

When the key chain arrived it was perfect. I was so excited to give it to my husband for our 3rd anniversary. After 2 days of using the key chain the silver has worn off only leaving a faint imprint in the leather. I am really bummed. I hoped the silver would have stayed. But the leather and hardware is nice quality.Read more

I am obsessed with this! I’ve tried all sorts of mechanisms to hold my keys and this one makes it so easy to access my keys and it’s so attractive! My keys are easily accessible without being bulky at all. I ordered the Chocolate leather with antique hardware with my name in gold foil. I ordered this 2 months ago and I never expected the gold foil to stay on forever so I’m okay with it wearing away. It’s totally fine because you can still see my name embossed which still looks very cool. My only problem is that when I first got this and I touched the leather, it felt like it was sapping all the moisture from my hands and was uncomfortable to touch. However, I moisturized it maybe 3-4 times with Smith’s Rosebud Salve and now my keychain feels so buttery and soft. This seems like a really great gift for birthdays or graduations and the like. It’s cheap, extremely high quality, and it came in the mail with an unmatched swiftness. I would absolutely buy this again either for myself or family/friends.Read more

Just ordered this product recently and it arrived today. Very quick for a monogrammed product. Mine is the chestnut color. It’s a very nice, rich color. A little more red than I hoped for, but very nice. The strap is a hair longer than a credit card, the leather is sturdy, and the fastener is very solid – this won’t be falling apart. In the package was a card with the sellers website in it. I hadn’t realized that this is a small, American business, and every product is handmade. I was glad to be supporting them. I wish I had seen their actual website before ordering here. They have some other products there that I like even better, such as a key strap with a clip on the end. Also, I found it easier to figure out the colors on the website. My only frustration with ordering on Amazon is I felt that it was hard to figure out which colors were which. On the seller website this is easier. Also, to the seller if you’re reading this, I really would prefer an option to have a clip on one end and a matching ring on the other. I’d be happy to pay for the additional piece as an add on option. With all the products offered it’s either/or, and the materials are too nice to spoil the look by putting something on the other end that doesn’t match the metals in the product. All in all, a great product! I highly recommend it. In fact, I already sent the info to two friends who are getting married soon and are looking for gifts for their wedding parties.Read more

We just bought our fun RAD Power Bikes for cruising the hills and around campsites. The keys looked exactly alike so I was searching for a unique and user friendly key chain. These fit the bill exactly. We named our bikes – mine is Snowflake and my husbands is Black Bart. The choices were great because now only are they high quality leather, the color choices allowed us to match them to our bikes. My bike is white with orange accents and saddle brown grips. My choice was perfect for my bike. My husbands bike is all black with orange accents and black hand grips. We can loop these around the handlebars, our belts, or run a carabiner through then and just hook them on a cable or our jeans loops. The shipping was very very fast and the quality of workmanship is outstanding They are well worth the cost. I’m thinking great gifts for Christmas.
