PetSilver Wound Spray with Chelated Silver, Made in USA, Vet Formulated, All Natural Pain Free Formula, Relief for Hot Spots, Wounds and Burns 4 oz

(6 customer reviews)

PetSilver Natural Wound Spray is perfect for pet wounds of any kind. Completely safe on all types of animal’s skin, this antibiotic spray is also safe when ingested. If your poor kitty just has to lick that hurt spot, there’s no need to worry about them getting a little of this spray in their mouth.
Only distilled water and chelated silver are the ingredients of this cleansing first aid spray for pets. Chelated silver is a silver solution that helps by destroying the enzymes that contribute to poor wound and abrasion hygiene.
PetSilver’s wound spray is most effective as a preventative measure against infections and to cleanse wounds. May help with keeping cuts, rashes, and raw skin from worsening from excessive licking clean and the dangers of a slow healing process. An essential part of any pet owner’s first aid kit!
Each full bottle is individually shrink wrapped to prevent tampering so you can be completely sure that your product is clean and full when you get it. Since the active ingredient is silver, this spray won’t expire. You can keep it in your pet aid kit for as long as you need without worrying about it becoming harmful to use or wasting money by having to throw most of it away.
To apply, first make sure your furry friend is secure and comfortable. Spray a small spritz on the affected area and let it air dry. Avoid drying with a towel or other object to avoid irritating the wounded area. To help with healing, a cone may be necessary for your pet so they don’t irritate the area with excessive licking.

Best $20 I have ever spent! My dog has bone cancer and we had her leg amputated. The wound gave us so much trouble healing and she got a horrible infection that required another surgery and drain tubes out in. 2 weeks later when we went to have her staples removed they told us it was not healing right and that she needed another procedure to debry the wound. They said point blank the wound would not heal without it. I was devastated and didn’t want to put her through a 3rd surgery and we could not afford it. I happened to come across this on here and saw the great reviews. I was doubtful but was desperate so I ordered it. Within a couple of days I noticed a difference so I started to apply it 3 times a day. 2 weeks from the day I got it my dogs would is healed!! I am so happy and it didn’t require the $1000 procedure the vet said she required. I am telling everyone about this amazing product!Read more

two of my cats, both long hair, developed skin allergies that vet says is flea or food allergy (no fleas & changed food already, so i say its a reaction to the 4-in-one vaccine and/or rabies vaccine we were made to get since we went over 12yrs with no issues and poof within month after vaccines this showed up and they don’t look nor act as healthy anymore and have become loners instead of cuddlers). they have itchy crusted up bumps on neck and back area which have started to spread to their side as well recently cause they keep scratching, Given they are long hair and are cats that don’t like being sprayed, spraying this on them didn’t work out nor did spraying on cotton round to try and apply it that way for their fur is just too thick and long for that. So i put nozzle against their fur/skin instead, it got liquid on them and muted out the spray sound. i did this from neck to end of back area in four areas and then massaged it into their skin as best as i could. After doing this two times, the next day i could literally tell it made a difference, didn’t magically rid or heal bumps overnight of course but, it must of really soothe their skin cause they were both more vocal and active than they have been in weeks! after two days, one of them is barely scratching and no new bumps have appeared and bumps he does have have not gotten bigger/worse. The other cat is scratching less and since he has the most bumps it is hard to tell if they are worse or better yet. Both however must realize this petsilver is awesome cause they do not try to run away when i put them on table to put it on them and one will literally lay as flat as he can with legs spread out and make his back wide for me. Am thrilled that this is working and especially non-toxic since my fury ones like to groom themselves regularly. looking forward to bumpy free cats soon, if that happens, i will rate this 5 stars for sure. oh, got tiny hives in one area today, sprayed some on it and within minutes, itch went away so i guess this works on humans too some. **raised to 5 stars. now have one bumpy/scab free cat that also isn’t scratching himself anymore, and the one that had the most bumps/scabs is down to only having 3 mild ones and is no longer scratching 99% of time nor over grooming himself. Love this stuff!Read more

I work in healthcare, and so I know the antimicrobial power of silver! My cat recently had her leg amputated, and unfortunately got a pretty bad e. coli infection despite the antibiotics. It got so bad that we had to do a second procedure to insert a drain, and the vet bumped her antibiotic dose to 3x a day instead of 2x. Slowly, the infection got better, but her wound just wasn’t healing correctly! There was a small pocket that had opened and just wasn’t healing. Whether it was because the infection was still present or for some other reason, I don’t know, but after SIX WEEKS of just waiting for it to get better, I decided purchase my own product. Within TWO DAYS of putting this on my cats wound it started growing granulation tissue, and by the time a week hit, the wound was completely closed. The only bad thing about it was that it definitely irritated my cats skin and/or burned upon spraying it on. She definitely didn’t like it, but it only took less than 1 week of use to do the job. Definitely recommend!Read more

I am amazed. My kitty had a huge open wound on his face, he’d seen the vet several times for various ointments and ultimately had to have a biopsy because it wasn’t healing and we had no idea what it was. Post biopsy I started applying PetSilver 50- not with the spray pump, but by using a dropper to let it get all over his face and ultimately a cotton pad. This silver is tasteless and has no scent so he really wasn’t that bothered. Within 5 days I have seen HUGE improvement, the wound finally scabbed and now the scabs are falling off showing his pink healthy tissue! My only regret is that I didn’t find this sooner, poor Yoda was being tortured with ointments, prednisone and antibiotics, all of which did nothing…Read more

I wasn’t sure this would work at all, but I am so surprised and elated! My 12 yr old lab started having skin issues…and honestly it looked like a bacterial infection or a fungal infection. Because he is impossible to get into the car and has issues with many medications, especially antibiotics, I wanted to try this first…. Wow. The lesions (whatever they are) are going away….I have only sprayed twice! Better yet, he likes this spray. He lets me spray him with it. So, we may just get to avoid a visit to the vet that would stress him out even more and the car trip that he hates. I will be ordering more to have on hand.Read more

My older cat started getting food allergies. She had a open sore on her hind leg that she kept licking. My vet gave me some antibacterial cream that wasn’t quite working. I decided to try this after all of the good reviews and been using for a about a week now. The sore has now closed up and already her hair is starting to grow back. My cat didn’t seem to mind the spraying or did it seem to sting or hurt her. She seems happier that her sore isn’t hurting her anymore and she is back to playing with her sister. I was skeptical but very surprised how fast this product worked.Read more
