I have 3 dogs that are just wild but so loving and loved. I thought this would be perfect for them to help with keeping them off of counters and out of the trash etc… And it was for the first couple of weeks. Then 2 of them stopped working and 1 leaked battery acid on my dogs neck (see photo) and was eating his flesh. It smelled so bad. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I know some will still purchase because of the price so I advise you to check each device regularly what happened to my dogs neck was from wearing the collar 1 day with it leaking battery acid.Read more

We got this for our three dogs. One who yaps. One who jumps on people. The other (our problem child) who was a fanatical poop-eater. She (our 1.5 year-old Frenchie) was our biggest concern, on whom we tried to cure with every online tip and recommendation imaginable… treats, adjusting her diet (and that of our other dogs), probiotics, pumpkin, XXX hot sauce, yelling — you name it. Nothing would stop her from galloping over to eat it, as it was actually still coming out of one of our other two dogs. All I can say is, one correction with this collar fixed everything. I can’t believe we suffered for so longRead more

My order of 3 dog collars with remote is very helpful with my 3 German Shepard’s. The only issue I have is that the collars have to be very tight against there neck. So i take collars off when they aren’t outside and put them back on when they go out because I don’t want the prongs to hurt them. Overall these collars do what they are suppose to do and my dogs listen to the vibration mode, very few instances do I need to use the shock function. The charge lasts a very long time on the collarsRead more

So far I like it. These were just delivered today. I have two golden retrievers (50 lbs. and 80 lbs.) and it seems to work pretty well on both with the longer prongs. My only complaint is that our orange collar was wound in the packaging in the wrong direction, so the cut end of the collar is hanging out and is a candidate for biting, which is annoying. I’ll update this review in the near future once we’ve gotten more use out of them. I’m also fairly disappointed that the actual recovers are not as they appear in the pictures. The pictures show that the two ends have an opening in the plastic, so that you would be able to slide in a buckle style collar. But the receivers actually have closed ends, so you can’t use your own collar unless it’s a “belt” style collar that these ship with. I think the product images should be updated to reflect reality, because it’s pretty misleading.Read more

We absolutely love these collars and it has transformed our dogs. The dogs would take off if given a chance before. Now all they have to experience is the beep or the vibrate to immediately stop and come back. Took only one shock for the small dog, and 3-5 for two big dogs. Now they usually don’t even need a beep, they just behave. They are not cowed… They are cheerful and liberated from the chain and leash. The units hold a charge for a long time, the distance is also great! My neighbors are all interested in getting a petspy collars for their dogs.Read more

I settled on this collar because I needed three receivers and there’s not a lot of options out there and actually it worked okay. The prongs that come with it are super short and dont work with a heavy coated shepherd but fortunately I had old collars with long prongs and swapped them out. About a month after I got it one of the collars failed. I contacted the company and they sent me another receiver. A few months later…another one failed. Contacted the company and they sent me another receiver. Now the remote stopped taking a charge…..this is 8 months after I purchased this item…come on. No longer have the “contact the seller” option on this purchase so I’m done. THEY WIN. If you dont need 3 collars…check out the petmate collars…they are cheap and last forever.Read more

I was surprised these actually work. The collar is too thick to put through the receiver so it’s is only under one lip. The collars need to be charged every 4-5 days and you only get a charger with one collar plug and one receiver plug. So I rotate collars to charge. You must remember to push the plug cover in so they don’t get wet before using them. The 3 colors make it easy with 3 dogs. It takes a few days to get used to selecting the right dog. Start with the beep and call their name. If they ignore beep and then vibrate. Reward them when they come on the beep. I have actually only had to shock a couple of times. We have shock on 5 and vibrate on 16. The collar must be tight to shock or work properly. Tighter than you would normally put a collar on. I attached the small round lights to these collars for nighttime. So I can see them. The top number on the right, shows the vibrate intensity and the bottom number shows the shock intensity. The dog head on the left shows which collar you are beeping we did blue ,orange, black for 1,2,3, and the head moves down in sequence. I found them easy to pair. Remember beep first and call their name. When they come reward. If they ignore the beep add a vibrate and reward. Work when they are within several feet to teach them. These do not work over about 300 ft away from you. So you may need to chase them down a bit to get close enough to shock if they are persistent in ignoring you. They do shock, if your collar is on tight enough and you are within range. Ours responded pretty quickly to the beep and vibrate. Do not abuse the shock button or you will just waste you’re money and build a tolerance to the whole concept.Read more

These collars have so far been fantastic! All my three dogs are controlled by one remote. I have no problem with their behavior, but I have to remind them to go next to me while walking, as they are off-leash. The tone is enough for them. Sometimes, when they decide to run for squirrels, I use vibration. I like that the remote has a lock button and I don’t worry when it is in my pocket or bag.Read more
