How could anybody look at all these pregnant women so cozy in these pillows and not wonder why everybody can’t be that cozy. So I bought one. And it’s fantastic, is everywhere I want pillows to be. Perfect for side sleepers like me or even just chilling sitting around. I can’t speak to the longevity of the pillow because I’ve only had it a week but it wasn’t very much money and right now I’m very happyRead more

(12/18/2019) My wife and I ordered this pillow because she has struggled a lot to sleep. She is now 23 weeks along. We have been using this pillow for 3 nights now. Ever since I started sleeping next to her with this pillow I am waking with deep pain in my neck, immense pressure in my head if I tilt back my head, and my throat/mouth tastes like Ive had petro/oil in my mouth. I have been using ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) for the last 2 days to decrease the pain/pressure I have been experiencing. Its 2:09am (night 3) and I just removed the pillow from our bedroom, placed it in a bag and placed the bag outside because we also have a 15 month old in the house that could potentially be affected by this pillow also. Tonight I woke up with my eyes burning also (just tonight) and my mouth tastes like I’ve been sucking on oil (since we started using this pillow). I do not know what this pillow is made of but if it has foam in it that could be exactly what I am potentially allergic to. Unlike many other people I am extremely sensitive to what I’m exposed to. However, there are a few conditions to this post. 1) I am not 100% sure it is the pillow but at this time I’m thinking 80% as it is the only new thing I have been exposed to since I started feeling horrible. 2.) Just because you are not experiencing these symptoms does not mean that whatever this pillow is made of is not putting some kind of fume into the air that you are breathing AS A PREGNANT WOMAN and potentially exposing your unborn child to. 3.) I am not a medical professional and am only sharing my experience since my wife and I started using this pillow. I will also add that a year+ back my wife and I had to throw out a foam bed topper because I was feeling similar symptoms (throat/mouth tasted like sucking on petro/oil product, nauseous, sick). Took about a week before I felt like myself again once we tossed the bed topper. I will update this review in several days to a week+ as we are now not using the pillow to see if I get better now that the pillow has been removed from the house. Sadly the pillow was helping my wife sleep the best she has in months. Comfort 5 star! Potentially unhealthy 1 Star! Time to find her another solution. Thank you 0.00031281770548213 Yes 1000% it was the pillow which has now been labeled the “poison pillow” in our home. After writing the above review I went back to bed and my wife got up to use the restroom. She was gone quite a while enough that I noticed the air smelled fresher. I took a few deep breaths and I was like wow the air is fresher and all I did was remove the pillow. MY wife walks back into the bed room and I got a huge wiff of that pillow smell again. She climbed into bed and I turned towards her and took a sniff and was blown over by how horrible her hair smelled. I said, babe, you smell like that pillow hardcore. We have to get up and shower, change the bed sheets, and start washing these things asap. She struggled cause she was very tired but said ok. Once she got up i stripped the bed and started the washer. When I walked into the bathroom she was sitting in the bathtub in tears. I asked her what was wrong and she didn’t even reply. I just looked at her and knew she was tired but also looked high. I said babe, I know its hard but we have to shower and get the chemicals off of you. The fumes from that pillow are all over you and me. She managed to say ok and we showered to wash off the stench. I told her during the shower she probably has a chemical high and so it may make her feel bewildered and out of it. I said we have to wash off and start flushing our bodies with water and lots of vegetables and fruits for antioxidants to combat the free radicals in our body from that pillow. After the shower we changed our bed sheets, pillow cases and drank 24oz water ea. I was still tasting a petro/oil like taste all through my mouth and throat. I used Listerine mouth wash and while it was fresh in my mouth I was ok but after a few minutes it faded and than came the nasty taste again. My inner mouth and throat was coated from the fumes. My wife was cuddled up to this pillow with minimal clothing on so she had a lot of skin to skin contact plus inhaling what she could not even smell. Which surprised me because she smells almost everything before me. But in this case some how I could smell it and she couldn’t. This concerns me greatly because that means its also possible others could be exposed to the same danger and not even know it because their sense of smell doesn’t detect it. I told my wife before she hopped in the shower to give me what she had on and I put it in a triple ziplock bag to seal in whatever was all over it. Of which I know its covered in the pillow stench because I wouldn’t even get the piece of clothing next to my face when inserting it into the 3 ziplock bags without getting a nasty wiff of that pillow again. My wife had to call off of work because of feeling sick and tired yesterday. This rather inexpensive pillow has cost us considerably in $ and health (who knows what else) vs its listed price. Now the pillow sits outside in a garbage bag until we figure out what to do next. My wife went to work today hesitantly because she still felt poor. As of now I feel loads better than I did before and after several chocolate balls, cinnamon Christmas candies, and water I was able to get that nasty taste/smell out of my throat and mouth. Thank goodness. I don’t know whats in that pillow or if any glues are used but whatever it is made of its a class action law suit waiting to happen. My wife and I are forgiving people and believe the Lord is using this to warn people. So, this is your warning. This pillow needs further investigating to verify every unit is safe for the public to use. My wife and I just finished a graduate level nutrition course and nowhere in it was anything about chemical fumes being a part of the macro or micronutrients for a healthy diet. I share so people know a tiny bit of our qualifications for such assertions. We both nailed high As and do plan to be advising the public in a bit over another year about how to build strong healthy bodies and families. Do yourself and your unborn child a favor and anyone else in your household and find another pillow to curl up next to. You, your family and unborn child deserve to be safe and healthy. Many Blessings from our family to yours. Merry Christmas 2019.Read more

I’m 6 months pregnant and I decided to get a pillow. There was a lot of choices and it seemed a little overwhelming. I didn’t want to buy a crappy deflated pillow. I purchased this one in the stars. It seemed versatile and like it wouldn’t engulf my whole bed. It came in the mail and immediately poofed up. The cover was cottony and soft. It was nice and full. The price was right and I didn’t have to worry about buying a separate slip cover. I like that the pattern. Some other pillows are annoyingly bright in color and this fit me better. It came with some pictures of how to use the pillow and ways I could lay. I’m really glad the pillow didn’t have an odor or look/feel cheap. It has improved my sleeping and it has helped me be more on my left side. It’s comfortable and leaves an opening for my husband to cuddle me. I would recommend it. I’m literally laying on it now writing this review.Read more

I absolutely love this pillow! I had back pain before I was pregnant & after becoming pregnant my pain got to the point where I wasn’t sleeping cause I just couldn’t get comfortable. I had tried many different pillows but nothing really like formed the way I liked. This pillow helped me cause I could sleep on my sides or my back & have a pillow comfortably fitting under me & my belly. Even my husband loves this pillow cause there is enough extra pillow when I put it under my legs for him to use when he sleeps on his side cause he has leg pains without a pillow under his knees. It definitely helps with sitting as well cause I can just wrap it around me comfortable & have a nice support all around. I can see myself wrapping this around me to hold my baby to feed when he comes. Really worth it. Only thing I didn’t like at first is the zipper flap where you can unattatch one of the arms but after just tucking that little flap under it doesn’t bother me anymore. It was a bit of trail & error to see how to get fully comfortable on it cause I’ve never had a pillow this size or shape. Overall a great try for anyone who has back/side pain as well as pregnant women too. Remember all bodies are different so what may work for me might not work for you but definitely give it a go, you might just love it as much as I do.Read more

The media could not be loaded. My wife is 7 months pregnant and has been having trouble sleeping and is using numerous standard pillows to unsuccessfully help her sleeping positions. Throughout the night, both her and some of her pillows will migrate to my side of the bed making it tough for her to keep her pillow situation around her and for me to have space on the bed. The included picture is the PharMeDoc Pregnancy Pillow on our queen bed. When she’s in it at night it keeps her in the same area and she is able to easily flip over in the dark and not lose her smaller loose pillows in the process. She has had it for about a week now and has slept more soundly. A bonus is ample space for me. My 5 year old daughter loves it as well. It zips easy for washing and is well made. The filling isn’t cheap styrofoam beads or hard packed material, it is soft and also keeps its form. A great investment. Do yourself a favor and maybe even your partner as well.Read more

I won’t even open it to try it, I want to cry because I was so looking forward to a good sleep but the box has a sticker on it that says: “California Prop 65 Warning: This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects, cancer, or other reproductive harm.” I am PREGNANT. How am I to happily fall asleep against a pillow that contains a substance that may cause BIRTH DEFECTS? Ridiculous. Very disappointing. And rather terrifying. Now I get to have fun trying to process this massive return during a pandemic. Yay.Read more

This pillow is the best pillow. I have tried many pillows, including my husband. While he is very handsome, I regret to say he is an inferior pillow. This is how I have slept my whole life, on my side while cuddling plush toys or another pillow or yes my husband. None are as comfortable as this pillow, which I can cuddle with my whole body including my stubby legs, all the while very comfortably supporting my head. Unbeknownst to me I have been searching for such a pillow for all my life. This pillow is my OTP, my one true pillow. I love the easily detachable arm which I can also use to prop me up while reading. I also use it as padding space to ensure there is space by my head for my cat who also loves this pillow and will sleep on the detachable arm. If there was not enough space for my fat cat by my head, undoubtedly he would try to share my pillow and sleep on my face and I would be unable to breathe in my sleep. Dear reader, this pillow is not only helping me sleep but you could even go so far as to say it is saving my life. Please note I am not, to the best of my knowledge, pregnant.Read more

The pillow is good – comfortable, good quality and versatile. I like that you can zip a section on or off and the pillow itself is very malleable. However, the pillow is advertised as coming with a cover. When the pillow arrives, there is a sticker to contact the company to organise the cover. Ok, that’s not terrible. But when you do, they require you to leave a review before they’ll send it to you. I’m happy with the product, but having part of it withheld until I write a review has left a bad taste in my mouth. Suggest re-considering this process or at least being upfront about it in the advertising.Read more

Hi guys, I’m 1.57 cm tall and I don’t think this pillow is big enough for me. I usually get stress with pillows and that’s why I only sleep with a thin one but I was expecting something big and puffy.. I thought a lot about getting this one and My partner order it for me. I was excited to try it but I don’t think it is for me. Is not as thick as it looks on the photos and also is filled with quite a lot of cotton at the top (head) which it makes it uncomfortable to sleep on, all the rest is more soft. Also, the bit where is the zip is really uncomfortable as I have the sensation that I’m missing something and I can not hug the pillow then, because is empty so I have to take my normal pillow to hug When I try to put the bottom between my legs, the top bit is pushing my shoulder and so I sleep uncomfortable. This is my case.. I hope it helps I’m also 20 weeksRead more
