These must be knock offs. They literally broke in two while using them within 2 weeks of use. That has never happened to us before with any other replacement brushes. They were not cheap. Do not buy!Read more

I bought 3 packages of the product shown in the picture , which I have used and was happy with. Unfortunately, what I received (see pic) is not the same product, although it says in the package that targets plaque. I kept it because it wasn’t worth it to return at such a great price. It seems to do the job, but I’m disappointed as I was mislead by the wrong picture.Read more

So just got these in the mail. I’ve purchased them before and let me start by say they will get the job done only they won’t last as long as real Phillip Sonicare heads. For the price you get 3 heads on the Phillips website you only get 2 heads. I’ve used both the real and the fake one listed here, first couple uses with these you can tell they they don’t clean as great as the real ones. These bristles are not as compact and there seem to be fewer bristles do, but if you brush a little longer than the 2 min timer and floss it does good. The blue indicatator bristles will wear down in about 1 month to a month and a half. My husband and I share a Sonicare base and and we did the subscribe and save with these because they are cheaper. I’ve used the genuine replacement heads for 6 months and then these for another 6 months. My dentist says my teeth are very clean no matter which brush I used so I attribute flossing to really doing the job. They’re cheap, they get the job done just brush a little longer than 2 min and FLOSS. Do the subscribe and save and you get 3 heads for the price of 2 you’ll save money and still have clean teeth.Read more

I don’t know what Phillips did to their brushes, But I can’t even use these. So, I called Phillips and they sent me a complimentary set of Gum Sensitive brushes, and they are only slightly better. Still too rough. So then I found these DiamondWhite Replacement Toothbrush Heads on Amazon, and they (I think) ARE the old brushes that Phillips USED to sell. Only the DiamondWhite are 1/2 the price.Read more

These are one variety of standard Philips brush heads for their snap-on models. The ad (and the package) make it clear which toothbrushes they work on (basically, every series except PowerUp, Sonicare for Kids, or the older round-base Essence series). Changing the brush head is easy: pop the old one off, remove the plastic cap from the new one, and the new one on. Save the plastic cap to protect the bristles if you travel, and I also recommend wrapping the brush head in a paper towel or tissue. The manufacturer recommends replacing the brush head every 3 months. I personally replace mine every 2 months, but it’s a matter of preference. I highly recommend getting the Sonicare brush heads as made by Philips and NOT getting the generic, (i.e. “compatible with”) ones. The bristles on the generics are generally much harder/stiffer, and they can cause damage to gums and excessive wear to enamel. They also tend to wear out after about 6 weeks, or half the time the ones from Philips do. The ADA recommends brushes with bristles rated “soft” and will certify same. As far as I know, none of the generic brush heads have earned that rating. In other words, the generic brush heads are damaging your gums and teeth, and you have to replace them twice as often. There are several types of brush heads, including a variety with even softer bristles for those with sensitive gums and teeth. You might consult with your dentist and/or dental hygienist regarding which type is best for you.Read more
