This thing is a complete hit or miss, randomly throughout the day, if it’s going to function or not. At times I can go three or four days without any issue… Streaming to Twitch, playing without streaming… Then, I’ll go to turn on my Switch and it takes me three hours of uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and rebooting the computer until it works again. Completely do not understand it. Good luck with their tech support, if they ever reply to you. The one generic response I got was to use their software, which is a steaming pile of junk. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’d suggest just spending another $70 and getting the El Gato HD60.Read more

I Love the price and video quality being that you can do 1080p @60fps, but it’s true native resolution is 720p 60fps. However, I don’t notice any performance loss at 1080p60. There is a weird issue that the inputs stop working sometimes and you have to switch to port 2 or to port 1 back and forth even after reboots the port that stopped working wont respond until you switch input ports, for that irritating convenience i took a star off. It seems to happen the most with obs, I have used gameshow for past 2 weeks and the issue went away but gameshow has it’s own issues. So, the second I went back to obs yesterday it happened after one system reboot. Maybe it is an obs issue with compatibility or my card has issues who knows.Read more

The Pirect Uldra-P60 Video Capture Card is the best of both worlds. Okay, the best of three worlds. When looking into an HDMI capture card, three considerations are important: cost, ease of installation/use, and quality of picture. The Pirect Uldra-P60 Video Capture Card is high on two of the three and low in the one that matters. First, it is plug and play, so it is simple to set up. It is also readily recognized by a number of streaming and video capture programs making it easy to use. The picture quality is out of this world. For a portable card that can be plugged into any computer that has room for it, the picture is clear, clean, and crisp. In addition, it does not tax either processor power or hard drive throughput. And the cost is really inexpensive for the quality of the product. Put together solidly and packed securely, this video capture card is truly the best of three worlds.Read more

Device seemed to work just fine. Their program leaves a lot to be desired. Did not work full screen no matter what I tried. Their tech support blamed it on my PC. All other capture programs on my PC work great in full screen. Capture cards I have had prior and after work fine. Obviously, it is their program. Good luck to you if you try it…Read more

I use this to film church service using OBS and facebook live. Works perfect. No lag voice matches up with video. Using a Sony camcorder with hdmi out to input into this card. Looks very good when played back on phone.Read more

It touts itself to be compatible with XSplit. They use the Splitmedia logo too on their site, but it’s unsupported card and the drivers do not allow for any adjustments for encoding or video input. Not worth the moneyRead more

I’ve been using this capture card for a while now, haven’t had any issues with it. It does not support video out, but that is not a problem for me and my uses. Due to the low latency, I can actually play all my games directly on OBS (if I had to guess a latency, I would put it around 5-10 ms). I did also install the software that it came with and it works well enough. I prefer to use OBS for streaming, but the included software seems reasonably good if your just looking to play or watch direct from the capture card. The software did not cause any type of interference with OBS so you could have them both open if you wanted too.Read more

I encountered an intermittent frame rolling issue when capturing video from HDMI sources. Other HDMI sources would not produce an image at all in spite of working with other devices. Upon contacting support, they attempted to say that my motherboard was causing the issues. Several other customers have reported having a similar encounter with their support. As no progress could be made, had to give up on support and return the item as defective.Read more

This capture card does what it says, 1080p 60hz. Works great in OBS. It was fairly easy to set up if me also learning OBS is ignored. For some reason on my system the card won’t handshake in OBS after a system boot. To solve this, launch the pDirect app and after it shows the capture, close it and launch OBS. It provides clean, stable image and audio, but after a few sleep cycles I will sometimes get image tracking (like VHS tapes). I’m not sure of the cause but I suspect it’s to do with my GPU. Regardless, a reboot fixes this. All in all a great card.Read more

Simply amazing. Works really well to capture 1080P content on my streaming PC. Has dual HDMI inputs and you can switch between them in software such as OBS studio. I prefer the two HDMI inputs over an HDMI passthrough. My only gripe is about the shipping. Express shipping no so express, it should cost a lot less to ship. Ships from China so it was delayed by one day of the estimated delivery time, hence the 4 stars.Read more

This video capture card works perfectly. Takes a bit of know-how to configure it, but it does work like a charm. Just a hint, of you’re trying to record gameplay from an old console or another PC, you’ll need an HDMI splitter to bypass HDCP. The included software crashed on me and caused some weird issues, so I had to uninstall it. However, this capture card works well with OBS once you configure it correctly (defaults will work, but you may want to increase resolution and frame rate).Read more

Unfortunately this didn’t work, after i connected to my motherboard, it literally caused all my USB ports to stop working, meaning no mouse or keyboard. But for some reason in Bios my ports would work, but the second i would restart it everything stopped working again. i sent it back and received a full refund.Read more

Using it on my Amscope microscope camera, seems to work alright but have noticed the image isn’t exactly where I would like it to be, but works none the less. The drivers and software you’ll want to download from manufacturer/vendor site to get latest and please take note you’ll get an error that’s not very descriptive if you don’t have an audio source available on the PC. For the price, I can’t complain.Read more
