Did I pay this much money for one eraser?, which does not even work? I want a refund. I used to always use kneaded eraser for my watercolor sketching. This one is hard, not malleable. It was hard and extremely rubbery. It wouldn’t erase but only ruin the paper. I threw it away. Please give me a refund or send me a fresh new one, not an expired one. Thanks!Read more
