There are a lot of different brands of elderberry gummies out there. These are pretty typical nutritionally. A serving of two gummies provides 100% of your daily vitamin C and 68% of your daily zinc, plus 100 mg of elderberry fruit. This isn’t a huge amount of elderberry; some other brands of elderberry gummies are darker, as black as real elderberries, because they contain a lot of elderberry. These gummies are a pretty shade of bright purplish-red, the color you get when you dilute black elderberries with sugars. These don’t contain any other coloring, so their bright color is all from the elderberry. Taste-wise, they’re just like gummy candies. Most other brands of vitamin gummies have natural flavors, but these are artificially flavored, for the most authentic candy-eating experience. Their “elderberry” flavor reminds me a bit of artificial “blue raspberry” flavor, and doesn’t remind me of elderberries at all, which is fine since real elderberries don’t have a particularly good flavor. The Amazon listing calls this flavor “raspberry rush,” which seems like a fitting name for this artificial flavor. The taste is both sweet and tart. It’s a little more sour than I’d like, but I’m not a fan of sour candies in general. My kids enjoy them. Oddly, the Amazon listing claims they also contain echinacea, but the label on the bottle gives no indication that there’s any echinacea in these gummies. Review for: Probase Nutrition Vegan Elderberry Gummies, Black Elderberry with Vitamin C and Zinc, 60 Count,Purple Red It is a plus that these gummies include some Vitamin C and Zinc. They taste just OK which is fine as far as I am concerned. I don’t use these for the taste, but for the benefit of the ingredients. It is a perk if they taste good. The dose is 2 gummies and the bottle contains 60 pieces. The is product is made in the USA. My bottle arrived double sealed and with a lot number and expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. It is quite difficult to read though. My one concern is about the ingredients. Why does the product page not agree with the bottle’s label? Do these contain echinacea or not?Read more

I like to use elderberry supplements and these are very good. They taste great, don’t have a ton of sugar, the good taste of these makes it easy for to remember to take them. Overall, I am very pleased with these and highly recommend.Read more
