Pros: -I like that the handle extends to a good length, so I don’t have to bend my back when I mop. -The mop works with any 18” mop pads that can connect with velcro which makes them easy to swap in/out or upgrade. Cons: -On my first use I was peeling off the pads, and one of velcro strips came unglued from the mop head and was stuck on the pad (see picture) Now it comes off every time I use it, so I have to be super careful to tear it in the opposite direction. It’s only a matter of time before it fully peels off. On top of that, the velcro breaks off and leaves residue on the mop pads (can see on the white pad) -The 3 mop pads that come with the mop are your pretty standard, mediocre pads which hurt the usability of the mop. Good news is like stated above it’s easy to swap in different pads as long as they fit. -One of my friends recommend (these mop pads ) and they’ve been a nice upgrade. I would highly recommend upgrading the mop pads with some premium pads from Turbo or another manufacturer if you want to get the most out of the mop. Overall: I had high hopes was honestly was bummed out with the quality of the mop though 🙁 On the bright side with a couple of tweaks the mop does a decent job. I don’t want to be wasteful and buy another mop but I will probably look for something else when it’s time to recycle this one!Read more

I had been doing research to find a new sweeper/mop as I was getting tired of buying new pads for my swiffer and wanted something easier, better, more economical, and better for my back. with the long handle I figured that would be great for not having to bend over so much. Unfortunately, this is not it. I ended up doing 4 times the work I would have normally. You still have to use a regular broom first to pick up heavier objects that this will do nothing for, then when I did use this, all it did was push dust around ( instead of picking it up ) and just push it until they turned into large clumps of dust that you had to bend over to pick up anyway. The pad never got very dirty, because all the dirt/dust that was on the floor just got pushed around and then I had to break out the regular broom to sweep that into the dustpan. THEN I used the mop pad. And it was the same thing!!! Any dust that didnt get picked up by the two times with this and with the regular broom just became wet dust clumps that I had to again bend over and pick off the ends of the pad or from the floor. I thought I was doing the economical thing by spending $35 of this with the reusable pads, and that was half teh price of electric brooms/steamers. But for another $35 I could have gotten something that actually works. I went to return it after one use ( Amazon has a return policy that you can return an item within 30 days if anything is wrong ), but NOT this particular item. And it’s very evident why the company won’t take returns at all, because they must know this product is crap and that they would end up getting alot of returns. I don’t know who these people are leaving great reviews, but I would love for them to come to my place and use this product there and we’ll see how well it works! DO NOT BUY!!!Read more

GREAT SELLER I need to praise Temples Pride for their over the top response when I communicated a disappointment in the condition of the packaging when it arrived. I explained that I expected everything to work fine, and I did not request action on their part. Temples Pride quickly responded to express their disappointment in amazon’s fulfillment, and that they were sending a new unit by one day shipping. And they did not ask me to return the first unit. The new unit arrived as promised the next day. Negligence by amazon’s fulfillment department leaves sellers to address customer complaints in their own ways, revealing very different company cultures. Some avoid resolution and others bend over backwards to ensure that customers feel safe with their purchase decisions. Buyers, if you want a responsive and incredibly considerate seller, here you are: Temples Pride. THE MOP SYSTEM I have been using this mop system for a few weeks now, and I am very happy with my purchase. All of the claims on the package are true. I have skinny weak wrists that become exhausted when I put force into house work. The overall light weight and option to allow easy pivot of the mop head makes every phase of floor cleaning easy. I appreciate that I can shorten the handle so I can more easily apply higher angle force during wet mopping. In length adjustment, the twist-tightening and -untightening of the pole is easy and it does not loosen during work. A couple times, the head loosened from the pole due to poor tightening on my part. Once the head is properly tightened to the pole, the problem does not return. The tool feels very sturdy and definitely grabs dry dirt until I am ready to shake it loose. I can effectively dust at least half the house without shaking the mop. Wet mopping is very good as well. I must say that this mop has met all my expectations for cleaning my laminate floors! The only problem I have had is that the handle doesn’t lock (twist-to-lock) appropriately and sometimes in the middle of a swipe on the floor, the handle retracts to short mode. I contacted Temples Pride (because I was two days past my Amazon return policy), and their customer service guy, Lance, was phenomenal!!! He responded promptly and sent out a replacement handle immediately once I verified my home address. VERY impressed with how they addressed my problem. I even ordered extra mop heads for dry and wet cleaning. I would definitely give them my business again. If the new handle resolves the problem, they will definitely be upgraded to 5 stars. Je croyais acheter un super balais manoeuvrable très facilement, pfff…! Il demande vraiment beaucoup d’efforts, la tête bouge dans toutes les sens et se décolle du sol tout le temps donc tu fais en effort pour faire un “aller” (mais à la limite c’est normal ) mais aussi un double effort après au “retour” pour que le balais fasse une trace sur le sol et qu’il ne se décolle pas… Bref, vraiment pas confortable Si vous voulez un balais pour pouvoir faire un rapide coup de balais pour rafraîchir vite fait la maison- ce n’est pas celui-ci Je regrette beaucoup mon achat Bon un petit plus, tout de même, la lingette en fibre se scratch très facilement au balais Voilà toutRead more
