Didn’t work at all. I put them everywhere the ants were, and the ants completely ignore them.Read more

I’ve had tiny ants in my kitchen and bathrooms. I’ve sat and watched them, a dozen or so at a time, walking back and forth. Placed these ant traps in their paths in several places, and the ants walk on by. I’ve yet to see an ant go in one or show any interest. Still have ants. Maybe it’s the ants in my geographical area (southern Maine). FWIW.Read more

I was having a major issue with ants, in my pantry, on my counters, in my cupboards. They like to come in around my outlets. It was driving me crazy. I have tried other methods, spraying around my house, etc. But they kept finding their way in. I finally tried this. I put a few on the floor of my pantry, near where they were coming in. When we would open a box of cereal, they had eaten into the bag and were in the cereal. Then I put some on my counters. I had a morbid pleasure watching the little monsters go into the bait traps, and carry it back to their colony. I have since had no more ants. They “took the bait” and got the message.Read more

The ants completely walk around it. I had high hopes because I like raid but it did absolutely nothing. The ants in my bathroom have absolutely no food in there and they definitely weren’t interested in the trap. My electronic pest repeller makes them confused but it doesn’t stop them from coming in. Baby powder is what has helped me in the end because it throws off their scent trails. Maybe I should try the glue next.Read more

Initially, I felt bad about the “kills the whole colony” aspect. Like, I’m going to kill them and their whole family lol though I am Sicilian, I’m not Mafioso hahaha. It appeared to work by luring them in. At first there seemed to be far more ants than I initially had, then, they literally disappeared. So I’m going with the belief that the Raid lured them in and to the baits, which they then shared with the colony. As I have no crumbs for them to eat in my house, not even under my toaster, so I had no idea what they could want, or be eating! (Must’ve been the cat food) They came in droves for the bait! So I’m comfortable to say it did it’s job and worked just as described, even though I felt bad for killing them and their entire community 😉 … I guess they should’ve chosen another residence to invade lol I was like “there’s no food for you here! What could you possibly want?” lol I put the traps out about 2 weeks ago and haven’t seen any ants in maybe a week, so I decided to post my review now that I’ve given the product time to perform, and perform it did!! Great job Raid!! The product is very simple to use, just open the packaging and place them inconspicuously, they’ll do the rest of the work. The fact that they bring the poison back to the colony and share it, means you won’t have little dead ants all over the place, they go back to their home to expire! Ps. I placed them in rooms throughout the house, using an 8 pack for a 8 room house. Basically 1 per room. They’re very small and easily hidden, as no one wants to advertise their pest problems. Also, I have cats and the product is pet safe. Not that I allowed them to play with them, but my fur children did not get sick from the baits being in their home, so the baits are pet safe, in case anyone is wondering.Read more

I ordered 24 in total and spread them out as directed. Although they may be safe for children and pets, they are also safe for ants-I saw a “struggling” ant walk away from the trap, tried to coax it back and it turned around again! I have always used Raid products and will now have to re-think that.Read more

So somehow, these little vermin came out from under the kitchen cabinets, and started marching to the garbage can to feast on the many items I have wastefully tossed without fully consuming. For reference, I live in WI, and it is February. Ants dont usually come out here until what we call “summer” which is not right now. I was going to go to the store, but found these on amazon. All it cost me was about 1 extra day of dealing with them. I put it right in their pathways, and they were all over these things. About 3 days later……nothing. My vermin enemies were gone. Not from salmonella or ecoli, but from this Raid product. I’m not proud, but let’s face it, they moved in like squatters and hid in places that I couldn’t see them.Read more

Easy to use and perfect for removing the ant menace. Tried it both indoors and in the garden, and worked at both places perfectly. The garden ant hills after the rain, remains flat, indicating no activity, and indoor the ants had disappeared totally. Used it for the red ants.Read more
