No idea what I just bought! Thought I was saving money getting a less expensive filter to fit my Brita pitcher. I’ve not found any info on the box, filter wrappers, nor Amazon listing which states what substances are inside the filters nor what contaminants will be removed. Do they think I will actually put something in my water from China which shows no semblance of lab testing information? The Amazon is totally void of any chemical analysis info. I have had two of these filters in my water pitchers for nearly a month apiece. They have never lost the “activated charcoal” flavor even though I soaked them well and drained them three times each before inserting them in the pitchers. I also scrubbed out the pitchers when they were first emptied, and after each time they were drained. My ice cube trays and my personal drinking tumbler have been washed well after each use in an effort to avoid drinking blackened and charcoal flavored ice water. It has been a month since I first installed these filters, and the charcoal/DIRT flavor remains! I will NEVER PURCHASE these filters again! They are the WORST quality imaginable!Read more

I got this pack of 6 filters and regret it very much. I follow the directions and rinse the filter before I install it. For some reason it leaves this black residue all over the water pitcher. We are probably also drinking this stuff 🙁 Water also has some type of a weird medicinal taste to it. I regret buying this product and will not buy it again.Read more

I go through a lot of water and the Brita filters can get quite expensive so I thought I would try these. In the past I tried another brand and they were a disaster, but took a chance on these after reading reviews… they work like they are supposed to and deliver a great end result.Read more

I usually dont write bad reviews but these made our water taste like straight up melted plastic. If you let the water warm up to room temperature it is basically undrinkable. Like poison. Put a few extra bucks towards actual brita filters because these are super questionable in terms of quality.Read more

Does not filter the water. I can still taste all the iron and chlorine in the water. I have to pour it through multiple times. I gave it some time but these are bad. It’s past 30 days so I guess I can’t return them. Update:. Tried the other filters. None of them filter. I still taste all the iron/mineral/chlorine. Horrible.Read more
