Finally , This was the correct Revlon Flat iron , That goes up to 455 Degrees Which i only needed to set it to 425 or 450 to strengthen my hair straight. I try other Flat iron’s before , it did little to strengthen my hair . This is the legit Revlon hair straightener. and it’s says on the box For All hair types that what i needed!!!!! This is a reminder… When you pick a temperature setting , it will blink A couple of times to indicate The settings that you pick , once it stop Blinking , it will become solid. then you can use it

I’m on a super tight budget so I was very upset when my 10yr old Revlon straightener died. I was so happy with my last revlon straightener that I thought this one would be comparable. It’s longer, heavier/clunkier, doesn’t shut all the way unless you squeeze tight (but you can’t unless you burn your hand), and doesn’t straighten nearly as well as the old one. If I could find the same straightener, I would’ve bought that one instead. My fault for throwing out box right away (I assumed since I was so satisfied in the past that this would not fall short on me), and now I’m stuck with a straightener that barely works. And after over a week of using, it still smells disgusting!Read more

This is the worst straightener. It doesn’t get very hot, so you have to pass through at least 30x. My hair is super fine, so pretty easy to straighten, but even this straighten didn’t straighten it. Worst. Product. Ever. I would 100% buy a different straightener. The lock doesn’t work, so don’t bother trying to keep it upright. It’s pretty cheap.Read more

Not bad for price (it wasn’t like $100) but the ceramic plates was eeehhhhhh.. I have to turn the heat all the way up for it to even straighten but also go over the section several times. Meanwhile, my old flatiron literally straightens and sleeks my hair in one go. I don’t like this flat iron because the plates won’t hold and straighten my hair. It’ll just heat it while my hair falls through wavy.Read more
