I would not buy this item again. I can make it suit my needs as there is no free return option. However. There were no instructions, not even pictures to explain how to assembly the mop bucket correctly and the screw to attach the handle appears to be missing. As I’m not a mechanics or an engineer I do need instructions to figure out how to install the caster wheels properly because they are in more than one piece. It would seem to me that they just resent out someone else’s return as I see there are a lot of reviews that say parts and instructions were missing. If I could figure out a way to get this seller off of Amazon, I would.Read more

I read many reviews that were not my experience with this vendor. The slot that you put the divider in needs a pressure to install. I took a pot holder and my meat pounder and lightly hit the top of the divider and it went into the slot at the bottom of the bucket and sealed off the water from one side to the other. It doesnt hold alot of water if you have a very dirty area like my dogs and their mud i had to change the water but it was easy becasue the bucket isnt too heavy for me when full of water. The casters that roll do their job well, but i had to apply pressure to pop them into their slot. trying to put them in without putting it on the ground and adding my weight didnt work. The handle squeegies up instead of down. I didnt like that, but i put the bucket against the wall or my foot and then it doesnt roll when i pull up on it. I think its worth what you pay for it. If you want industrial pay for that bigger stronger one. I had a small chip off the divider track and i had nothing but great customer service and correspondence with them. They didnt leave me hanging.Read more

When I got ready to assemble the bucket, I gathered together all of my screwdrivers so that I would have the right tools for use. just imagine my surprise when all I had to do was stick the wheels in the slots! No tools are necessary! I love It! So convenient and made of great materials. I Will recommend this item and will buy it again.Read more

The wringer assembly fell apart during first use. There was no instructions on how to put it back. I had to look at the pictures and still could not assemble it to how it was. The handle is missing the screw and nut to secure it to the wringer. So what I bought was basically a bucket since I cannot wring the excess water from the mop.Read more

It was missing the screw/bolt that holds the handle onto the handle hole. So that took a trip to Home Depot to get the right size. Other than that, it’s a bucket. It holds water. It’s got wheels. Exactly what it’s supposed to be.Read more

This product broke the first day that I used it. I asked for a refund and I get a label so it can be shipped to China. The problem is this thing cost more to ship it back to China then it’s worth. I am very sorry that I made this purchase. Amazon needs to not ship crappy products made by crappy third-party vendors.Read more
