They work very well to group together same cuts of meat, and still allow visibility of what is in each basket. They’re each large enough to hold several pounds of meat, and small enough to allow quick rearranging of my freezer. They’re also useful when I’m carrying several cuts of meat back into the house. My goal was to install easier to organize zones for particular items and allow for easier access. These fit the bill! I now have separate bin for seafood, meats, veggies and jarred homemade sauces. They stacked easily on the frozen product and I have room on top and front for the odd shapes (rack of ribs or bag of shrimp). These fit nicely side by side in my Coleman 48qt performance cooler. They are sturdy enough to carry multiple milk bottles and have very nice built in handles.     These are very useful baskets. They don’t hold too much so they don’t get too heavy and because they are wire you can see what’s in them if they are on a shelf, without having to lift them down. The only downside is that you have to put loose small things like AA batteries in a separate box to stop them falling out of the bottom or sides.Read more
