Just to help future buyers…notice that this can be used as a Bluetooth speaker, but the headset is wired to the speaker, NOT connected via Bluetooth. The speaker is lightweight and portable but you have to have the speaker physically connected you for the headset to work.Read more

I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and saw this tiny thing. Well let me tell you there is power in small things. I had to try it out before I gave it to my granddaughter. This tiny thing really has great sound quality and goes very loud. I was actually impressed by the great sound quality that this little thing has. I wouldnt use it in an auditorium, but it would be great for small meetings or for small gatherings. I got it for her to use along with her guitar so that we could hear her sing of the music. Great unit, I teach a shop class and with covid procedures I have a facemask and a hood on, add shop noise and social distancing and I was losing my voice after each class trying to make sure students could hear me. This speaker has been a savior. Headset mic leaves some to be desired only reason for the 4 star rating.Read more

Great price and works great like one of the similar brands. After teaching online, we went back to teaching in classrooms with mask and this helped to amplify my voice. However, I bought a smaller microphone to stick in my mask so students could hear my clearly. This was great to have on the playground as well.Read more

Since I installed a perspex Covid partition in my taxi I found it hard to hear customers (am a bit deaf anyway!). Now I can! Very cheap feeling on build quality, but as it doesn’t get moved from where it is fixed in the taxi (and I have mounted on rubber to cut down on vibrations) I am hoping that quality good enough to last a year (or 2?!) of constant use. Had it around 6 weeks now. The only “issue” is it picks up interference when driving past certain locations, but only briefly and the plus is it reminds me it is still switched on! (Its usually permanently plugged in via a USB point so when the engine is on it is charging)…..but not enough of an issue for me to bother trying to find a solution! For “2 way” communication with the customers I just talk loudly! and use hand signals! I would put another one in the back for customers to hear from but wayyyy too lightweight to let taxi customers anywhere near it! (Not a design fault!). UPDATE: I have now bought a 2nd one so I can do 2 way communication with my taxi passengers (the 2 are NOT linked) as I found somewhere in the taxi to locate it where customers can’t get at it! I have also upgraded (replaced the microphone) with a versions that are designed to be used by a small group of people at distance for meetings via Zoom etc – just so my customers don’t have to speak directly into the original microphone (not a design fault – I am just using this item for a different reason it was designed for.
