   Overall, I think this is probably a good system but we ended up with a cracked valve body. So far, I have not been able to contact the company to request a replacement. The valve body cracked near the hot water inlet port. I had it installed with water hooked up for months with no leaks while I finished the rest of the bathroom. After I got the tile done, I tried using the system and heard water dripping inside the wall the next day. My best guess is that when I ran the system, the thermal cycling of hot water going through the valve and then cooling off overnight caused the crack. I may amend this review if I hear from the company but as of right now, the only way to contact them is through an email address; no phone number or website that I could find. That in itself is very frustrating because I spent a lot of time and money finishing a new bathroom, only to have an issue with this product and no path forward for remediation. If I don’t hear back from them soon, I’ll be forced to eat the cost and buy another one from someone else. REVISED: I did hear back from the company and they sent me a replacement valve for free. The new valve appears to be working fine but it’s rather early to tell.Read more

   These are a true brushed brass look. They are so nice. I love the rain head and I didn’t want one in the middle of the shower so thought I’d give these a shot and so glad I did. The hand held is great as well! My only complaint would be that you need to seal the plate because water gets behind it and it needs a rubber seal. The plate is not centered for the handles and have a crooked look. It’s not a big notice but it is when you’re installing it. Both plates the holes for the handles are different measurements so not sure if I just got a bad 2 or if they have problems cutting holes in the center. Other than that they are very nice.Read more

   I just installed this today. Tested with no leaks. Seems very solid. It’s metal, not plastic. The Install was easy. It has a nice plastic cover so you don’t mess it up while tiling. ALso, a leveling bubble built in to that. I’ll try to refresh this in a year or so to tell you how it’s holding up.Read more
