I expected this to arrive in a week to two weeks and it came directly from Snow Joe in two days! I was impressed and it was much needed. I assembled it in about 10 minutes following the directions that came with it. This little snow blower went through about 8 inches with no problems. I went slow and when I hit a two foot snow drift it slowly worked its way through it with a little bit of lifting and lowering the front of the snow blower. So first time was a success! Spend the extra money and get a new one. The one I got had broken and missing parts, and looked like they just took the snow blower, threw it in a box, and shipped it. To Snow Joe’s credit, they did send me replacements for the broken and missing parts, but they didn’t do a very good job at refurbishing it.Read more
