The light is awesome! Very impressive, actually. However, the remote control is very dangerous to children. The remote has one of those small flat round batteries. To insert or replace a battery, you, simply, pull the little thing with the chamber that the battery goes in to, out of the end of the remote control. In addition to the fact that the battery chamber slides out very easily, the battery falls out and lands on the floor, when the chamber is pulled out of the remote control. As I said, the lamp, itself, is awesome. But, the unit should not be sold for use by children, as those batteries cause death, if swallowed. I highly recommend that the manufacturer design a safe remote control and discontinue the sale of the current ones. Also, there is no Danger warning anywhere on the box.Read more

This thing is so relaxing. It really feels like the northern lights. I love that you can change what colors run depending on how you feel. I wish that there was a way to adjust the angle so that it could be in the corner of the room without having to prop something underneath it, but thats an easy enough thing to work around. I actually enjoyed it so much that I bought a second one to give to my nephews for Christmas. It does have a slight electronic whining sound if you are right up next to it and not playing any sounds, but if you get a couple feet away you can’t hear it anymore, I’m sure its just ambient speaker noise. The added bluetooth function is nice.Read more
