It’s great. A piece of wood that hangs on the wall so I can admire my guitar collecting dust because I’m married with 5 kids.Read more

I purchased two of these to hang guitars in my music room. These are well made and certainly do the job okay. However, I completely did NOT trust the two skimpy screws they provided to hang this unit. They are basically drywall screws, but these have a rather skinny diameter. I was not about to trust my vintage P-Bass to a skinny screw inside a hollow-wall fastener. No, I used a heavier “construction screw” directly into a wall stud. See photo. I was seriously concerned that the supplied skinny screw would actually break off in the stud. If you are hanging a lightweight acoustic, then the supplied hardware should be fine. I’m probably just being paranoid and overly cautious. Other than that, I like it (tho walnut piece could be a little bigger in my opinion).Read more

Does NOT fit CLASSICAL guitar with the nylon strings. The arms are not adjustable. Been searching for one that will fit a classical but no luck here!Read more

The first impression, these looks super decorative and that’s the major reason I went for it even though it was double priced than many other variants available. There is no second thought on that. Looks very good without Guitar hanging or hanging. But there are couple of issues with this product. My 2 cents below : Pros: – Looks super good – Good subtle colors of wood – Guitar holds properly without any issues – The guitar hangs making enough gap from wall and so no worry of scratches anywhere Cons: – The hanger and wood screw with each other and if you tightly screw them then it leaves a white mark around the circle. See the attached screens which happened with me – Screws are very thin and doubt the durability of the product in the long term. Later only I read more reviews where other buyers have same concerns. – The wood doesn’t seal to the wall properly. There is a small gap visible always. It’s the flat way these are built – It’s how they hang with a gap from the wall or something with the hook where guitar hangs, that if the fan is ON in room then guitar keeps shaking slowly and I am not sure if this is good for guitar over a period of time.Read more

Do Not Buy if you have locking tuners, the guitar rest on them not the hanger. Surprised no reviews mention that fact, unfortunately my $200 locking tuners -Gotoh Delta tuners with the screw knobs on back like the schaller tuners have, stick too far out and the guitars weight rest on the 6th string locking knob “NOT” the hanger, which makes this useless if you value your instrument.Read more

Love the simple yet sturdy design, Easy to install and Encourages instrument use. Instrument gets played more since you just pull it off the wall to Play/practice, much easier than taking it out and putting it back in the case when or just leaving it in a case out of sight. We ended up getting the smaller string swings for our Ukuleles too. Great product. Will definitely re-order when my other kids pick their instrument of choice or as our collection grows. I feel it is safer for an instrument to be displayed on the wall rather than sitting in a corner where it may get kicked, or lost in a pile of whatever.Read more

Excellent purchase to get my guitar off the floor and out of the way. I was looking for another ‘stand’ when I came across these, and due to a recent room remodel, I had a blank space that was perfect to hang my guitar. I still have a 6-string on a floor stand in the living room, but my wife wants it to remain there for ‘aesthetic purposes. 🙂 Easy to install. Only took me a few minutes, and I used the included screw-in drywall anchors – excellent addition and MUCH better than those cheap, ineffective knock-off drywall anchors you typically get. This is a quality production all the way around. My concern that the wider neck of the 12-string would not fit correctly was unfounded when I discovered you can ‘bend’ the support arms slightly. I have a perfect fit, and I have no doubt that this would work perfectly for my 6-string (same manufacturer) with no modifications to accept the narrower neck of the 6-string. This is made in America, the good ol’ U.S.A. and it shows!! Great job!!Read more

I never used to be a person that hung on my guitar on my wall, but I am now! My wife got me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I screwed this into a stud on the wall just to be safe, since my acoustic guitars are valuable. I have two of these (different colors to match the wood of the guitars), and they look fantastic. Everyone comments on how nice my guitars look on the wall the moment they walk in. The interesting thing about hanging them on the wall is that it encourages me to play more. The guitars are so accessible because they are hanging right in front of you, that I find myself playing a lot more than usual. The padding on the holder is a great feature, and this is extremely sturdy. 100% recommended!Read more

Looked great in the package – perfect for my needs, but on opening I rapidly became disappointed. Two things to comment on here – Finish and Fixings. Given the reviews I didn’t expect this. Finish – a nice finish to the walnut wooden block until you look at the chamfered edges and you notice the finish (laquer, wax, oil ?) has not been extended to all the edges. I could quickly correct this in the garden shed and I’d probably give a 3 or 4 star review, …. but for the fixings. The manufacture seems to have added fixings for a block/brick walls as an afterthought (see sticker added to the packet ). Rawl Plugs are included (the white ones in the picture — you know, the teeny tiny ones!). The recommendation is to drill a 40mm (4.75mm diameter) hole and stick a 22mm long rawl plug for the fixing. NOT WITH MY GUITAR !!!! Come on you crazy guys – anyone would think you lived in the land of dry wall, and that brick and block is the preserve of the European royalty in their castles. No, even in my humble abode I have brick walls and get used to sticking various size Rawl plugs (with their nice colour coding) into the brick, and then following up with the appropriate screw. In case Rawl plugs are unfamiliar to the Dry Wall Community I included some from my collection as an image. I’m using those nice red ones for this purpose. For fun I skewered the teeny tiny baby white one onto your screw. It has been screwed in full length, and I must say it looks in agony. Have I really missed something here? Please take care of our precious Rawl plugs. They have feelings too. Seriously the fixing is crucial to safe storage. You just didn’t live up to my expectations on this occassion. Possible Friday afternoon varnish job, and wrong rawl plug sent. Please let me know if this was an error. Thanks y’all!Read more

Good design and sturdiness. The wood finish ain’t perfect and price tag a bit high for my liking. They add two small (5 mm) anchors for concrete wall and two larger, for drywall. I used them in both configurations, and they are adequate. I would recommend those hangers. Fits Yamaha GL1 Guitalele fine. I tried some of the Chinese, cheaper alternatives but the quality was shocking.Read more

In 2019, I paid £14 for this hanger. Now in 2021, it costs £30! What is going on here? This is ridiculous. The product itself is actually good, but it is certainly not worth this price. I would even say £14 is too much. Remember, it is just a wall bracket! So, how are we supposed to rate something like this? The product is good, but is drastically overpriced. It has to be one star, to discourage sellers from hiking up the price, once they have had a few good reviews.Read more

Perfect! High quality, confident the guitars are secure and safe. Even came with hollow wall fixings which we need, so bonus! Love the wooden design and quality feel of these. Our guitars are now off the floor but easy to unhook to play! Perfect! Highly recommend!Read more
