This stand is designed by Zither Music who manufactures these stands made of beautiful woods. However, the String Swing Stand is unique being made from black powder coated metal. This construction is well suited for basements or rooms with lots of moisture that could warp or damage wood. Most of all it is strong, portable and an attractive way to display your instrument. My only negatives would be that I found the instructions confusing, the Hex tool needed for assembly was missing and the packaging could have been better as the stand broke through the box and was bent during shipping. As a huge fan of Zither wood stands design I had to add this metal String Swing Stand to my collection.Read more

This thing is a tank! Whether it’s a 10lb Gibson or a 7lb Strat or a feather light acoustic, this thing never moves. My dogs can’t knock it over and no matter how awkwardly I remove or replace the guitar, the stand is always steady. The next best thing to a wall mount.Read more
