Spilled the Beans –
I use this product on my scalp every night and sometimes in the morning because I read rosemary oil is supposed to help with hair growth. I was using minoxidil for about 8 months but this is supposed to be much healthier and just as effective. It is true; I believe it is just as effective (if not more). Minoxidil sometimes irritated my scalp and took a while to work. I have been using this for over a month now and started seeing a difference after only two weeks. I still continue to see results. I know hair growth journeys are different for everyone and I really didn’t have high expectations but I couldnt be happier. I am so glad I gave this a shot! Also, I don’t have a sense of smell but it seems to be very pleasing to everyone. Folks will come near me and say “something smells amazing” and I tell them it might be my hair. They’ll usually come a bit closer to confirm and then immediately want to know what I’m wearing and where they can buy it. LOL That’s kind of rewarding for someone who has no sense of smell since I can’t buy perfumes out of fear they will be too strong or displeasing. This product is also very light weight! I know you read the word “oil” and think you’re going to walk around greasy; however, this is the lightest oil I have ever used (and I love oil for everything: face and body moisturizer, aromatherapy, hair growth… )! I suppose this can take me to the only “con” I might have which is actually NOT a true “con” by any means, it is more-so just a reminder: the product is so lightweight you need to be mindful of your eyes. LOL I love it so much I applied too much too quickly and didnt feel it start to run a little bit. Oops! So, don’t make my mistake. (It’ll sting a little) I have read you can mix it with a carrier oil like castor oil and that helps. But whatever it is that makes it stings is also what makes it feel very fresh and just slightly tingly after it is applied (I for one LOVE that feeling) I also love that this is organic, and I was very pleased with the seller’s price and service. I know at least 5 other people who have gone and bought this after smelling it on me. Some of them just wanted to smell good, some wanted the hair growth benefits, and others wanted to treat dandruff/dry scalp. Everyone has been very happy with their purchases. (they say it’s effective and they get a lot of compliments on the scent, too) I’m not trying to sell this. Do you really think I’d want to risk it being sold out everytime I need a new bottle? Unfortunately this is NOT rosemary oil. This smells like a weird off eucalyptus, bottled as rosemary. It was however, packaged very safely. I was so excited – until I smelt it. I don’t recommend.Read more

We use a lot of Rosemary essential oil. We purchased this because our go to brand was not in stock. If I had more time I would send this off to a lab to have it tested. Real curious about what exactly this is. It may actually be Rosemary but not pure and not distilled using best practices. Or badly contaminated? It smells like wet sour moldy Rosemary. Product arrived on time, nicely packaged/bottled in glass. I know essential oils can vary per crop or season, but this Rosemary is unlike any I’ve smelled. Natural and Essential Oils of Rosemary, in my experience, have a robust, rich scent with almost a green-pine, very herbal, and a hint of eucalyptus or camphor. This product may be an isolate? It has a very strong camphor scent, and just a hint of Rosemary scent. I would not purchase again.Read more

after using this oil a short while i noticed black specks around the glass part of the dropper. I would wipe them away but i noticed it kept appearing every time I took the dropper out. I also noticed the black specks floating in the oil in the bottle. When I inspected the rubber handle of the dropper it just fell apart. The black specks were pieces of rubber from the damaged dropper handle and it was very clear that the dropper had been damaged for some time.
