They say it works with Mac OS, but mine doesn’t work. It lights up and can vibrate when I press the vibrate button, so the electronics seem to be working. But I can’t get any inputs to register on my computer so far. The instruction booklet seemingly confirms that it is supposed to work with mac, BUT, gives no info about versions of Mac OS it is compatible with (unlike windows), and gives no specific instructions wrt mac (whereas it has more info for windows, android, switch, PS 3, and PS 4). Feels a bit like they just added “Mac OS” to the compatibility list w/o doing any work to make it compatible. The “support” section of their website has warranty info, a link to the drivers page (which has no drivers for this controller), and a “community” page which has no forum to get help (just a few videos which are basically advertisements). The only part of the manual relevant to my problem: “When pad has no response to your operations or Working signal, you may unplug the USB cable and reconnect it. If the problem still exists, please check the operation system, Vice’s driver, and gamepad’s compatibility issue.” I would suggest that the gamepad does, probably, have a compatibility issue.Read more

Despite the description and manual listing macOS as supported, it doesn’t work. The controller itself has a great feel and looks awesome, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. If I only needed this for Android or Windows, I would have kept it but I ended up returning it.Read more
