Words cannot describe how disappointed I was to find a changed ingredient list on this rash cream! I was sooo very happy with how healthy/clean and effective this product was. Upon receiving it, I felt compelled to verify the ingredient list with my old bottle to make sure nothing has changed (since they recently re formulated their wipes) and I was shocked to see two additional ingredients( Geraniol and Linalool). I input these ingredients in the EWG website and they rated a 7 and a 5 (out of 10, 10 being the most dangerous ingredients). I am NOT OK with that! So disappointed. I will not be buying this cream again :(Read more

I’ve been using Weleda diaper cream every night on my baby since coming home from the hospital and in nine months, he’s never had even an inkling of a diaper rash. Once I finished my last tube of Weleda, I decided to switch over to Honest Company’s diaper cream because it was rated a “0” on Think Dirty’s app and Weleda was a “3” (but still in the green/safe zone). Well wouldn’t you know, my little guy developed his first diaper rash within 24 hours of switching to Honest’s diaper cream

Sorry I can’t add any information as to how it works on a baby’s butt. I do however occasionally use it on my face. I have red, sensitive, dry skin that is currently being addressed to help add back hydration. I bought this to protect my facial skin moisture barrier. I didn’t want a typical product that relies on petrolatum/mineral oil. I also didn’t want to spend a lot as I would not need much of it nor would I need it every day. Many people recommend diaper rash cream for it’s benefit from zinc, and ability to seal in moisture on damp face (or out, as would be needed for a diaper rash cream on a baby’s butt)however the rest of the ingredients are not favorable to me, especially not my face. Yet I looked into more naturally based diaper rash creams to see what I could find. I went with the Honest company due to its nourishing ingredients as well as its availability in local stores (but I still ordered from Amazon). I think it was about the same price here. Upon use, it is evident that it is moisturizing. It goes on smooth and spreads easily, not thick and not too thin; there is no drag against skin. There is a scent, not sure what it stems from as I can’t quite identify it. From what I can tell from the label, it isn’t an artificial/synthetic fragrance, but it is a scent, so keep that in mind when making a selection if you or your baby are sensitive to that sort of thing. If you are using this on face, be sure to moisturize and/or apply on damp face as the intention is to keep moisture in. If you are using it on a baby’s bottom, be sure the butt it totally dry before application or you will only exacerbate the problem. Diaper rash creams act as a barrier, so while I want to keep the moisture in for my use, you will want to keep the moisture out with use. Besides my face, I also use it on my hands.Read more

I bought this Nov 20 2018 as a lightening deal for my friend who’s having a baby in late February/ March. The tube came today and it expires 2/19. So heads up to those who don’t yet have kids or are buying for baby showers. It expires soon.Read more

I LOVE the smell of this cream! My daughter had a relentless rash for a month and we tried several different creams. Once we tried the honest one it finally started to go away! The consistency is thick but not too thick, and you really smell the chamomile which is so soothing! After it started helping her rash I stocked up and ordered 3 more! The tube is a little small and we were heavily applying it so we went through it in about 2 weeksRead more

After using them since I started having periods my body decided that it no longer will tollerate Always brand pads. I ended up with horrible contact dermititis a few months ago and nothing I tried would help. I finally read somewhere about using diaper rash cream as period pads are basically daipers. This stuff works sooooooo well! At first I didnt use it enough and didn’t feel like there where any changes but I started using it more and it helped a ton. If you don’t think it’s helping, up the frequency of use before giving up on it. I wish I had a mini size one to keep in my purse! I was reading another review that was saying how they use it on their face to trap moisture after lotioning. I’m going to try that trick on my hands soon. My ecema hates all of the extra handwashing and hand sanitizer being used as of late.Read more

I love that this is organic but I didn’t really notice that it helped my baby’s diaper rash very well. It’s better for avoiding rash rather than treating one.Read more

This is by far the best diaper rash cream that I have found. It is not cheap compared to the other brands but I like the consistency much better then A&D cream. It is not too runny and not too thick (like some other brands that make it hard to spread on a wiggly baby). Also it is nice for kids with sensitive skin and allergies. My son developed a weird rash and the dermatologist was impressed with the ingredients on this cream and said it was very unlikely that it would be causing the allergy (turns out it was the disposable diapers he was allergic to).Read more
