This is one of the best investments I’ve made, personally. I was scouring Amazon trying to find an alternative to an air mattress as I have a dog and he unfortunately has already killed a friend’s, and I wanted some form of portable bed to ensure I always have a comfortable place to sleep when visiting friends and family. Why only 4 stars: I normally give 5 stars for a product as long as it comes as advertised (this did), and is of good quality (this is). The only reason I deducted a star for this product is because the handle on the carrying bag ripped on the first day. It’s not that big of a deal, but I did like this product because I would not have to purchase a carrying bag for it… So it would have been nice if the bag it came in lasted longer, but it is made of a cheaper felt-like material. OTHERWISE, this is an absolutely amazing portable bed/mattress pad. It’s very light and easy to carry, which was a concern of mine. But I have no problem carrying this, even when I have other luggage. The size is perfect for me (the dog even cuddles), and you could probably even fit two small adults on it if you’re big cuddlers. It’s extremely comfortable, and the foam is soft while being firm enough that you’re not anywhere close to sinking to the floor. I also like that I can take this camping and it’s easy to use, whereas with an air mattress you have to worry about blowing it up and all that. Also, it fits back in the bag SO easy! Not at all like torturous sleeping bags that never go back into their bags. I love how easy it is to just fold the tri-fold pad together and throw it in the carrying bag (although I do wish the bag was still intact!) I did a lot of research on different products and their reviews before settling on this one, and I think I fully made the right decision. This is an extremely high quality mattress pad, at a great value. A lot of other products seemed very overpriced in comparison. I was honestly surprised how high-quality it was when it arrived, especially considering the price-point in comparison with other products. This the the perfect product for visitors, or is my husband snores too loud when he’s sick! I can just fold it out, and vuala!!! A comfortable mattress to sleep on in seconds. No hassle with an air pump or loud noises. No waiting for it to inflate! And the best part about it is it DOESNT deflate in the middle of the night! I ordered two of these for a camping trip. They were very comfortable. One of them didn’t come with a storage case originally. I reached out and the customer service responded extremely fast and solved my problem immediately. Best customer service I’ve encountered so far on amazon. I bought this mattress for occasional houseguests. It arrived in clean and secure packaging. It is very firm and comfortable. I especially like the removable zippered cover that can be machine washed. There is also an extra cover over the foam components underneath the removable cover. The mattress folds easily into the carry case for storage. A great alternative to a twin-size air mattress.Read more
