I just received my new iPhone XR yesterday and I put this screen protector on it. I am very impressed with the quality of the screen protector, especially for the price! I researched many screen protectors and so many reviews were absolutely terrible on them. But I noticed that Trianium had a lot of great reviews for their screen protectors for the iPhone XS, so I thought I would give this a try for the XR. I am very pleased to say that this screen protector was a very good purchase for many reasons: 1) it is big enough that it covers the entire viewing area of the screen with no rainbow effect around the viewing edges, but it doesn’t interfere with my phone case at all. 2) it is smudge and fingerprint resistant. This is super important to me because I never could keep my last screen protector clean – ever. 3) The alignment/fitment guide is fantastic and spot on accurate. It will help you get a perfect placement, which can be quite difficult to do freehand. Because of the guide, I was able to get a perfect placement with no bubbles at all on my first try. 4) The quality of the glass feels great and not too flimsy. 5) The kit came with cleaning materials and also three screen protectors. 6) it came with a lifetime guaranteed upgrade if I register the screen protector. It says I will receive this exact product for the next generation iPhone for free. So that’s another awesome deal for next year when I upgrade. I will continue to pay attention to it’s condition over the coming weeks and will update this review if it proves to be worth less than 5 stars over time. This product is exactly as advertised – high quality materials, fit, function, and look. It comes with 3 glass protectors … but even better it comes with 3 sets of the cleaning and prep materials for applying the other protectors in the future. The glass is perfectly transparent ,HD, and does not change the touch sensitivity of the iPhone. It covers the entire iPhone display area and goes just slightly past it – which avoids any touch/sensitivity errors at the very edge of the display (which can happen with some other covers which stops too short of the edge of the display/touch area). It does not go all the way to the curved edge of the iPhone surface, so there is no bubbling at the edges, and you can still put any case on the back of the phone. The included applicator/mounting guide is absolutely fabulous, it fits securely over the front of the phone (it actually clips onto it) so there is no slipping or movement of the guide once it’s on there. The cut-out area to place/apply the protector is perfectly spaced so that there is no wiggle room for the glass to shift – so the alignment comes out perfectly (see my included pic).Read more

A little difficult to install symmetrically and need to be a few millimeters wider and longer. They give you a frame that snaps onto your phone to line up the screen protector. I recommended starting at the top of your phone and working your way down. The protector only covers the display part of your glass screen and not the edges. My husband installed these on our new phones and both of the protectors shattered within 2 days (in the same place). Since these were our new phones, we were being extra careful with them and neither of us dropped or otherwise mishandled our phones. We have used glass protectors on all of our past phones and have never had such disappointing results. Since there are so many good reviews, there may be a quality control issue and maybe our protectors were from a bad lot. Update: The company shipped us new glass protectors. They were very accommodating and apologetic. We have been using the new ones for several months with not problems or issues.Read more

The screen protector kit has all the standards and more. Along with screen wipes, and guide stickers, there is also a plastic frame to line the screen protectors on nice and straight. This is my first time using the plastic frame and its has been a big help! The pack has 3 screen protectors so you can split with someone else or replace if anything happens. I have yet to test out he durability of the screen protector (haven’t dropped my phone yet) but it is tempered glass which tends to be much more scratch resistant and durable than plastic screen protectors. These screen protectors are another solid addition from Trianium. There are 3 separate screen protectors that come in the box, with an easy to use applicator. Three of these could last the average user a while, and for the price I think this is a great value. Although I haven’t tested the the protector strength until breaking point, I imagine from everyday use and the occasional drop this would survive minimal damage and would need to be replaced once every three months. However, the protector looks fragile for those who frequently drop their phone, and I would suggest improving overall durability. These look like they would certainly protect your phone, but frequent drops would likely speed up the need for a replacement. Otherwise, I would recommend this product to the average phone user that occasionally drops or scratches their phone.Read more
