I’ve been holding out on a desktop carrier for my 27″ iMac. I really wanted the fully enclosed rolling case from Gator but its price is always hovering around $200 and I just couldn’t justify the expense since I would only use it infrequently. Plus the Gator case would take up more storage space in my cramped conapt. But I had to go on a trip, so I bit the bullet on the Trunab Travel Carrying Case and I gotta say, it’s really doing well for me. As predicted I used it only once so far on a road trip and it worked out fine. It has enough pockets for my keyboard, the mouse, some monitor cleaning supplies, the power cable, and a standard usb multi-port. Securing the iMac was also pretty intuitive although I failed to extend the side flaps around the back the first time out. But now that I’m aware it won’t likely be a problem. One minor dislike is that I wish the side pocket wasn’t so tight. I worried that it would apply too much pressure on the keyboard and magic mouse. I will try inserting a spacer of some sort next time to take the stress and tension off the accessories. I’d recommend it to friends and enemies alike.Read more
