I worked in the answering service industry for 27 years, so I’m well aware of the discomfort of some headsets. Not so for this one. The headband is adjustable & fits my above average sized head. The earpieces are comfortable & the microphone works well for video & VoIP calls. The sound quality is extraordinary. With my previous headset & other headphones, I’ve had to have the volume set as high as 30-40 in order to hear when the washer & dryer are going (my home office area is next to our laundry room). Now I can keep it below 10 in normal situations and less than 20 on laundry days. If you’re looking for a good headset for a good price, this is it.Read more

***UPDATE*** 4/22/21 Customer service is above expectations. They contacted me to to replace my purchase. Thank you very much! Please know I read these reviews so therefore I feel I need to contribute. I was not looking to get something out of an unsatisfactory review. It is nice to know some sellers read our reviews and take them seriously. Thank you again CALLEZ! I waited a few weeks before proving feedback to make sure the headset continued to work well.. I work remotely. Rather than waiting a month to receive a headset ordering through my employer, I purchased out of haste. I’ve had these for a little over a month. They started shorting out a couple weeks ago. Other than that, they work okay. Noise canceling, volume control are good when not shorting. Comfortable to wear.Read more

First, the con: the earpieces on this headset are small, so unless you’ve got tiny ears, you won’t experience great sound or true noise cancellation. But if those things aren’t deal-breakers, then this headset should work nicely. The build quality is pretty good, the earpieces are well padded and comfortable, adjustment is fairly easy, the audio is fine, the volume controls are simple, the microphone works well, etc. These aren’t gaming headphones by any stretch, nor are they priced that way. They’re really ideal for voice applications (Zoom calls and such).Read more

I bought this for work and everyone I call on it says they can hear me perfectly. I like how lightweight and comfortable the headset is, and it’s dead simple to use: Literally, it’s plug and play. No drivers to install, no software settings, etc. The volume and mute buttons work fine, but I will note that for Microsoft Teams users if you hit the mute button on the headset, MS Teams may display a message that says the device’s volume is too low (or words to that effect). Not a big deal, but it happened to me twice during a meeting today and I chose to just mute my mic via the MS Teams mute button to skip that BS completely. Regardless, I like it so much I bought another one for when working at home. Totally satisfied with this product.Read more

I needed to acquire a new USB headset as part of a new job based at home. I’d never heard of this particular brand, but it had good reviews and ratings, so I pulled the trigger. So far, about a month in and I’m very pleased with the quality, the features, and especially the overall value.Read more

The headsets are comfortable, even though the pads just seal the ear rather than completely covering it, like pilot headphones. The mic boom is very flexible but holds its position. The sound quality of mic and headphones both is excellent. My Windows-10 system recognized and set the headphones up without any fuss and I was off and running, so to speak. I teach a ZOOM class of 90 students and they hear perfectly, much better than the on board mic. I am very pleased.Read more

Good overall, particularly if you have a new device. Pros: comfortable, great noise reduction, very clear microphone, easy to use on a new device (2020 All-in-one by HP). Literally plug and play, could not be easier on this particular device. However I’m returning this (for the second time) due to the following: Cons: The volume and mute buttons, while easy to use, simply toggle on and off, with no way to tell if they’re on or off without testing/using. This is not a problem if your device works. But it makes troubleshooting darn near impossible. This is pretty difficult to use with older devices. My second device is an older surface pro (3 years old); this headset works intermittently at best. At first, it worked immediately upon plug in. Fabulous! Then it stopped working for no apparent reason. Frustrating, as I was almost done with a project. I reverted to no mic at all to finish, so there’s a noticeable difference in sound quality and background noise. Not my best work, but we’re all dealing w tech issues working from home in the pandemic, right? So I finished project with weird sound issues then spent considerable time with tech support trying to figure it out. Is it the software I was using for my project? Ruled it out with software tech. Is it my device? Ruled out with IT team at work, although we found a solution… need to manually add this in the control panel area of my computer. But the problem returned intermittently. So at random intervals, I needed to stop work, go to advanced settings in the microphone area of control panel, and re-connect this device. Pain. Back to tech support route. Tech determines that it is a defective item, which I exchanged. The new headset arrived next day and it worked immediately, plug and play on surface pro … for about 4 hours. Then the same issue resumed. The device DOES consistently work (truly plug & play, clear sound, very comfortable) on my 2020 All-in-one by HP. So if you’re pairing this with a new-ish device as many of us are in the pandemic, this is an excellent choice. But this device has been a nightmare to use on my older surface pro. So if you have an older device, you’ll need extra time, plenty of patience and tech support on speed dial to use it reliably.Read more

This was a great solution for me. I had an old, light headphone set that I broke. So I bought this one and found it to be far superior to my old set. I have a Sony MDRXB650BT Extra Bass Bluetooth Headphones set that I also like. The Bluetooth set is more comfortable, but more bulky than the USB set. Mic sound quality on the USB set is much better, so I much prefer it for video conferencing — Zoom, Skype, etc. For casual listening, I’ll use the Sony Bluetooth set.Read more
