   Received cartridges from Amazon last night. Installed and tried to print today. Keep getting error on printer “Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed.” I have removed and reinstalled at least three times, restarted the printer and cancelled the print job without luck. I have to assume it is a faulty cartridge. I reinstalled the old HPO color print cartridge and the error went away ==> new cartridge is defective. Update 4/14/2021. No response from the company, Valuetoner. I contacted the company separately from this review on 4/12/2021. Their non-response would seem to indicate they are not interested in this current and any of you other future customers.Read more

   These say they will work in our envy printer, but they don’t. The printer gives an error that says I’m using a previously used cartridge and I need to use an HP cartridge instead.Read more

   IJust placed my 5th order from this seller. I have an hp Envy 7855 printer. My printer recognized the cartridges as refurbished original hp cartridges. Aligned it and went right to printing. No problems at all. Heard mention that they don’t last quite as long as the new XLs. Don’t really care. For the price, it’s a great deal and will be reordering to keep an extra on hand. Delivery was quick and on time. Print quality is as good as new cartridges. Cartridges actually last longer than the printer would lead you to believe. I am still getting full color printouts after the printer first gave me a warning that the cartridges are running low AND after is said I should replace the cartridges. I am monitoring my print orders as they print so as to get the most ink out of the cartridges. I will note, my printer is quite accurate with new cartridges and the amount of ink they contain. I will continue to order from this seller.Read more

   I have an hp printer and I find the ink cartridges to be outrageously expensive. I’ve used ValueToner for a couple of years now and have had no problem. I get the large size cartridge and it seems to last forever!!!Read more

   This is my second purchase, happy with this brand for my model 7155 printer. This ink works as well as HP ink (don’t tell them I said this), great color, cartridge lasts as long as it is supposed to and it saves me MONEY!!!Read more

   This purchase was a reorder after previously purchasing. I haven’t yet installed either of these, but wanted to have them on hand. Our first order preformed super. We never had any issues and print quality was as good as any name brand cartridge. Our printer does say we are low on ink when we use them, but in fact they are full and we just go according to print quality. Major companies don’t want you sing these as they are much less expensive.Read more

   This would not work in my HP Envy 7858 printer although the description said it would. It keeps asking me to reinstall the cartridge, but I’m still getting the error message and it will not print. I’ve tried everything.Read more

   The ones that I received where refiled factory cartridges, and they work perfect. I also like the fact that they include a prepaid return package to send the empties so they can be refiled.Read more
