   Our 14 year old Black Lab suffers from arthritis and lime disease. His meds from the vet cost us more than $80 a month (and they are just pain pills). I went searching for something more natural and not as costly… and found this miracle!! We had to use a towel under his hind-end and lift, to take him out to use the bathroom. He lays to eat. His poor hips and leg. I swear.. I gave him 2 at breakfast the day we got them, two at dinner that night. Two at breakfast the next morning, and he was walking out by himself to use the bathroom. It’s been a month and we’ve not had to use the towel. In fact, he now only gets one with breakfast and one with dinner now. Now… don’t get me wrong, he still has his bad days, winter weather is hard.    I’ve been feeding my dogs a raw, holistic diet for most of their lives. One of my dogs who is 11 right now but still incredibly active (daily hikes, runs, acrobatic feats of amazingness) has had a limp in her front leg off and on for the past several years. We would just rest her for a few days and then the limp would go away. However, last year, the limp was persistent. Even after months of rest or limited activity, the limp never improved. It would seem most severe whenever she would first get up from laying down but would still persist all day and night every time she walked. Over the years, my dogs have been on a sustained regiment of natural supplements, including Flexicose Plus liquid glucosamine, Herbal Aspirin & Inflapotion from Glacier Peaks Holistic, boswellia, turmeric, and chinese herbal medicines. While I’m sure some/most/all of this has helped keep my dogs in such good shape (my 14-year old still goes on 2-4 mile hikes with me several times a week), none of it was helping with this particular limp. So I gave the Canine Pain Plus a try and the limp improved almost immediately. I suspect the limp was caused by a soft tissue issue rather than joint issue. Been giving these for about 6 weeks and have also added some therapeutic massage work from a massage therapist, and the limp is now practically non-existent. On a side note, you would be surprised at how many areas of tightness there are on a dog’s body. Particularly along their spine, around the shoulder area as well as their lower back. I have another dog, one who is handicapped, who has gotten massage work since he was a puppy, and I myself massage him several times a week. I thought those areas of tightness were specific to him due to his physical handicap. My other 2 dogs are now seniors, but they are active and healthy so I never considered massaging them. But I just recently did and I was shocked at all the hard, tight muscles I felt on their bodies. I myself have suffered from chronic pain since I was a kid and now see a chiropractor who specializes in soft tissue work, and I’m feeling so much better than I have for a long time. It of course makes sense that dogs experience the same muscle/tendon/ligament tightness, misuse or overuse that we humans do. We seem to focus a lot on joint or bone problems, probably because those are the ones that are visible on x-rays and most vets/doctors don’t know much when it comes to soft tissue. But if your dog seems to have mobility problems and the cause isn’t visible on xrays, consider the soft tissue. This applies to humans too!Read more

   My dog has had pain in her legs/hips for some years now. We lived in China for a while and she was being prescribed high doses of painkillers just so she could function at a basic level and not need help to go to the bathroom. After returning to the States, our vet was horrified at the amount of drugs my dog (11 yr old German Shepherd) was on. He recommended these tablets as well as fish oil on a daily basis. We had thought that we may only have a few months left with our lovely dog. That was 1 year ago and now she is walking every day, playing with pull toys and she’s absolutely fine. No more prescriptions and we haven’t been to the vets for pain issues in 1 year. I cannot believe the difference after switching to this natural remedy. We are thrilled and they aren’t too pricey either as compared with the drugs we had to buy previously. I would highly recommend these tablets to anyone who either has a dog in pain, or has noticed their pooch slowing down or limping. 1 year ago, we couldn’t even walk our dog.    This is a fabulous product. I’m so grateful. I have adopted a 14 year old miniature poodle that came to me because my cousin passed 5 years ago and the family was no longer able to care for him. He was in very bad shape. Broke my heart to see him in tremdous pain. I started giving him 2TB collagen daily as well as liquid glucosamine with MSM for pets but as you know it takes a while for it to work. I found this product after much research in hopes it will give relief sooner. After 4 days I noticed a difference in his walk and by 7-8 days he was playing and have a pep in his step. It’s been about a month and it’s nice to see him running or walking quickly. I don’t allow him to over do it but it’s great that he is able to keep up with my other dogs and have a life again. Because isn’t that’s what it’s all about. The quality of life you have left. I am now going to reduce him from 2 tabs daily to 1 tab daily and watch carefully. I think now he can enjoy our outings and adventure out more. Great stuff for sure and he lives going out instead of sleeping all day from the pain.Read more

   Our dog has a lot of joint pain and ligament related issues since he turned 8, we didn’t want to start him on prescription pain medicine due to digestional issues he was already struggling with. So I researched this and settled on trying it. It really helped him when he strained the ligaments his front legs. I took him off it for a while to see if he could go without it but he has a log of joint issues as well so I put him back on it. I feel comfortable with him being on it long term as it is all natural and he seems to be puppy-esque again with that and the joint suppliment.Read more

   I am amazed at the difference this product has made for my 8 year old mastiff. She has had 2 surgeries for torn knee ligaments and was limping most days even on pain medication. The meds seemed to upset her stomach as she ate very little when taking them. Within 2 weeks of taking this product, she was much more active and even began to run one day. We stopped giving her the meds and she continues to be active. I’d recommend you start on a half dose twice daily and slowly increase to the recommended dose to avoid stomach upset.
