I go through a lot of work gloves. My work requires us to have gloves most of the time (for good reason) and from all the brands, pricing, and quality (light duty, medium, heavy-duty) they usually lasted from 2 weeks to 4 months. But my first pair of VGo lasted over 6 months and I am in my second pair (but because of the current situation I am not working right now). While some heavy-duty may last just as long, I could not use them for many tasks as my dexterity was severely hindered. So medium-duty give me the best overall balance of protection, dexterity, and longevity. And these have done the job for me. I just which I could order all of them the same color. NOTE: I rarely get my gloves wet (a few time damp but do not recall any soaking wet conditions) since everything I handle need to stay dry so I have no idea the longevity when the gloves get very wet.Read more

I should have known 3 pairs for under $10 was too good to be true. I went throu I h a pair a day. They are far from being contractor heavy duty gloves as the description claims. I do not like leaving anything but positive reviews but I feel the seller should re-word the description. I’m no it even so sure I would use these to garden. They are light duty at best. 3 pairs for $10 is great if all your doing is planting flowers and such. So long as they aren’t thorny roses. The touch screen friendly fingers aren’t so friendly. I usually needed to remove my glove to use my telephone. UPDATE:Seller has changed the description to a more adequate definition of the product. I’m increasing to 3 stars.Read more

I bought these specifically for the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of my fence. These gloves were perfect for the job. You get 3 pairs for less than $20, which makes these well worth it. Some bad reviews don’t seem to mention WHAT they were doing when they tore them. Yes, there are probably jobs that will tear these up quickly. But if you’re looking for something to prevent blisters on your hands from digging post holes all day, you don’t want to get splinters from the wood, and you still want to be able to play a quick game on your phone during breaks without taking them off, these are what you’re looking for. Think of them like golf gloves on steroids. My hands are pretty fat and wide (38 yr old male 210lbs), but I went with the large instead of XL because my fingers are short. It was just a tiny bit tough to get them over my thumb knuckle but then they felt perfect.Read more

These are a good buy for the price. They haven’t, unfortunately, held up well with my job. But I don’t criticize the gloves for that. I wasn’t expecting them to do well, and they haven’t. A job where I believe they would be ideal would be for someone who handles boxes or parcels in a warehouse (or a delivery driver like a UPS or FedEx driver). Any kind of physical strain that I would rate as moderate (like my job) and they’ll start wearing through within a couple of weeks. Heavy strain like construction? You’d be lucky to have them last you for more than a few days. I still like Vgo products and consider their gloves among the best bargains out there. I’ve rated these particular gloves with four stars (even though they aren’t good for what I do) because they’re well built and the touchscreen capability is excellent; especially for the price.Read more

These are cheap gloves. They are very thin and tight. The velcro strap is small and unless your hands are small for the size these gloves will not fit. I figured that they would last more than a few days, but after using my first pair just 4 times it already split at the seam on the pointer finger. Luckily I have two more, and hope between the three pairs to get a few more weeks out of them. I use the gloves for yard work mostly.Read more

I sue these in my shop where I build cars & bikes. They’re thicker than disposable gloves, thinner than all-leather work gloves. I think of them as semi-disposable. They’re comfortable and offer decent protection for general mechanical work, but buyer beware- these gloves offer ZERO protection from grinding & welding sparks. A quick flash of grinder sparks will burn right through the back of these gloves in an instant, as will one teeny, quick little tack weld. Bearing that limitation in mind, I am very satisfied with these gloves. I buy a 3-pack every 6 months or so.Read more

These are well made work gloves that would be perfect for a lot of uses, but the opening is tiny. By no means do I have bear paws, and I can barely slide my hands into these after a lot of wiggling. The opening is really small. I had my wife try them on and she was able to slide them on without much of an issue which would be great except the fingers are far too long for her small hands. The large sized gloves that I ordered are the right length for my hands but are nearly impossible to put on which is a deal breaker for me since I frequently need to take them off. There is stitching near the wrist area that makes the inlet smaller, and it is not elastic. I cannot use these gloves and unless you have very narrow hands you may not be able to either.Read more

Not at all what was expected for a mechanics glove. The palm and finger material is very slick and not very useful for working with automotive work. Also very thin, not much thicker than the nitrile gloves I use, although they will last longer of course. Three pair did for $11 is not a good value, not recommended.Read more

Good value for the money, I use these everyday and go through a single pair in about three weeks. Due to my line of work as a flat-bedder ((trucking) handling a lot of chains and straps all day)), its always the inside middle finger that wears out first. Given the amount of daily abuse I put these through, I fully expect them to wear out. I find these Vgo work gloves to last a little longer than other, more costly brands I have tried in the past. I am a re-ordering customer. Pleased with purchase. Would definitely recommend. EDIT: repeat buyer again, just picked up 5 more sets of these, absolutely very pleased with these types of work gloves, will always turn to Vgo for my glove work wear. Seller takes good care of me on repeat ordering. Thank you!Read more

I wanted to start working out at home with resistance bands and I found that the bands were absolutely destroying my hands. Popped online to see what brands worked best for my situation and stumbled on this product. I decided after looking at several of their competitors that I would settle on this brand and give it a solid effort. So after about a month or so of using them nearly everyday, here are the results: PROS: – I bought a large size and they fit “like a glove.” – They are well made and durable. You can see in my photos of the three pairs that the black gloves are the ones I have been using. I’ve broken them in nicely and they’re still holding together. – Colors are fun and my masculinity doesn’t feel threatened by it. – I use these as well for my dumbbell weights and they have improved my grip significantly. – Good price. -Delivery was fast. CONS: – It might just be my phone, but I find I have to press pretty hard on it with the gloves on for it to register on the touch pad. I do end up just taking my glove off now BUT with that being said, the gloves have a Velcro strap so its easy to put on and take off the glove. – Would like the option of different colors or all one color for the three pairs. CONCLUSION: Well made and does exactly what they’re intended for, to protect my hands when I’m working out. I have used only one pair since I bought these over a month ago and they show no signs of deterioration even though I use them nearly everyday. However, they lost a star on my rating because the glove doesn’t seem to register the touch on my phone very well. Hope this was helpful for you to make a more informed decision.Read more

This is my 2nd time ordering these gloves. The ones I bought last year are still in nearly new condition, but I love them so much I wanted more! I use these for hiking, gardening and heavy yard work. I have medium, female hands and they fit perfectly. The suede they use seems to be indestructible, lol. They are good looking and extremely comfortable. They protect from bugs, thorns, slivers, small wild animals, etc. and have excellent mobility. I’ve been rotating the 3 pair I’ve had for a year, and they just never seem to get dirty. I wash them by leaving them out in heavy rain, under a down spout, which works perfectly. I don’t leave my yard without a pair of these gloves. They are better quality than ones I’ve tried for quadruple the price. I can’t recommend them enough!Read more

These gloves are not meant for a large hand. When I opened the package I thought “Wow! If these are large they must stretch”. They do, in width. The sizing chart would lead you to believe that the crucial measurement is width in the palm, not so. My gloves stretched from 4″ to 6 inches in width (that should be about 8″ to 12″ in circumference), so they accommodated the width of my palm with no problem. The problem is that they are short and they do not stretch in length, not a millimeter. The material in the palm and fingers stretches in width but NOT in length. Since the large size is just a hair short of 9″ long, they barely cover my palm and do not go up on my wrist at all. I think they will be perfect for my brother-in-law. I can see why Chinese manufacturers always make much of their products being perfect for gifts in the item description.Read more
