Loved the concept and this product delivers! I have this cooler and was having 5 gal jugs delivered by a company and my water tasted like plastic. I came across this filter and was so excited. It will be cheaper to use my tap water and have it filtered. The water is so clean and clear and it tastes good. Installation was a bit tricky. I was out of town so my daughter installed. She had to YouTube several videos to find one like our cooker. You had to pull out the piece on the cooler in order to put the filter on. The piece does not lock down or click- the weight holds it in place. Great item!Read more

I had to rewrite my review do to the fact that I have had this item for a couple of months. There is a plastic clear piece that is inside(floater) and the piece doesn’t stay put causing water to run everywhere. The company really needs to fix this issue, especially when you are paying them all this money to buy the product. I called the company and they’re sending me the whole bottom replacement. I have looked online and see that this is an issue that a lot of people are having with both the black and the white model. I will see if that works or not! Update: I got the replacement, lets see if this one messes up too in a couple of months.Read more

This seems like such a great product as I have a bad back and can’t really lift the heavy jugs onto my top load dispenser. The problem is the lid would not close properly. There is always this gap that is about 1 inch. This obviously defeats the purpose of having a lid since dust and other things (dog hair included) can fly into your water. I tried all the possible ways to fix it because I really like this product. Initially I thought I just got a faulty one and got a couple others but out of approximately 4 that I ordered, only 1 of them came with a proper lid. That was a couple months ago, the lid is now also slowly coming apart as well. Unfortunately, the quality control department is not doing much if the majority of their products are coming out faulty. I would love to buy this again if they’re able to fix the issue, as this is still a great idea for a product.Read more
