I have a big gut and a bad back. I purchased this belt for my back but my stomach somehow caused the belt to curl up at the bottom. I tried readjusting the belt with no luck. It gave good support but it lost it’s shape and would pinch my stomach. I’m going to need to purchase a much more expensive lower back brace.Read more

I love love this, I am a big lady. That being said I have bought a lot of items to hide my belly. Nothing ever seems to work. This waist trimmer is not like the rest. I almost immediately started to sweat and surprisingly it is really comfortable. It also adjust easily you can make it as tight as you want or as loose as you need. You will not lose weight over night of course. But if you use it all day or night or both day and night, you should definitely start to see a change. At least I did I wear it 5 days out of the week all day and then I take it off a few hours before bed then I put it back on while sleeping then take it back off in the middle of the night when I wake up to go to the bathroom.Read more

I like that this band stretches. I bought a bigger size because I have a long torso. I wish they had the smaller bands with the wider option because I have around 10 inches of extra length. I make do. I use sweet sweat with mine and I pour sweat. It does slip and slide a bit so be prepared to pull it up or down. But it works for me.Read more
